IFantastic staff at Nine Elms but now I now buy my wine at Tesco. For the last 4 months or so they only chill posh expensive wines! I used to go there daily to buy my wine and shopping but sadly these days are gone . . . I know I’m not alone with this complaint!!

Love this store. Staff super helpful and approachable. Drive in parking and lift into store couldn't be easier. With the trigger and app to shop and pay avoiding the dreaded load>unload>load at the tills, this is the way grocery shopping should be.

Large store with a lovely cafe that has a plug socket if you need to get work done on your laptop. There are free toilets in the store. The alcohol selection is wide. They sell alpro caffe milk which is a bonus for me. Prices are good. Checkout is quick. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

Terrible, poor choice of products often in poor condition that don't last, basic stock items not replaced. Impolite, tired and unhelpful till staff, on floor staff often nowhere to be found. Chaotic, dirty, promotions poor, discounted items only a few pence less. Badly managed!!

Decent small store with the usual higher-end high street groceries you'd expect from Waitrose.
Surprisingly for the store size, it has a huge underground parking space with room for a couple of motorbikes too. Car park is pay and display.

Ideally placed, with parking. Your normal quality Waitrose store with a cafe to take a break in. Freshly made bread great fruit and veg selection and some good meal deals.

It's brand new and with fairly good selection. Theres a lunch corner and, as far as i know, this is the only Waitrose with fresh sushi kitchen in it. Definitely try the crunchy salmon rolls. Location is a bit desolate while the massive Nine Elms construction galore finishes.

An inner London Waitrose aimed at an affluent market. Little coffee shop a fish counter and then the usual Waitrose choice and selection. There is parking and the usual great Waitrose friendly service

If you shop after 3.00pm you will always find all shelves are empty.
The selection, variery and quality of products is poorer than the other Waitrose stores and most of the staff members are not very customer focused and helpful.
