Really bad service, I bought a fish, the guy didn’t tell me the fish was not empty and didnt ask anything, he just put it in the plastic bag, so unprofessional !
Otherwise bad choice in this supermarket, I can not even find a zucchini, no real soya sauce.
Conclusion overpriced for no choice and bad

Great place for buying grocery and getting your free coffee! Staff are incredibly helpful too - if you need something, they'll personally take you to the exact place where the items you need is - that's great customer service! The store is quite large here, so you're likely to find whatever you need.

One of Waitrose’s less well organised branches. They invariably have on display food with a sell by date of today or tomorrow. Special offers are poorly displayed so the item you pick up often has no offer. I’ve raised these issues several times but little improves. About 50% of the staff are lovely and helpful but there are too many who grimly look like you’ve interrupted their important gossiping.
