Staff fantastic, superb watches and nice boutique

I did not end up buying a watch from them unfortunately, but the service Angel and her team provided during my time at the boutique and over the course of 2 weeks (where she brought in a watch from Switzerland that I might have liked) was impeccable. Absolutely top in class. Thank you!

Friendly staff who know what they are doing. Sometimes walking into a shop on Bond Street can be intimidating, but I felt instantly comfortable and welcome here. Oh, and they have some of the coolest watches around with real character and history.

From the fantastic evening with Nicholas Parsons, where a lucky group of guests were able to see the Marie Antoinette watch in person, through to casual drop ins to talk about what's new in the world of Breguet (often beautiful things), and lust after the Type XX chronograph - the team at the Bond Street boutique have been incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgable on each visit.

What a lovely store! Second visit was yesterday (sat 21 May) as a pre-birthday treat, the place was completely empty except for myself and my family. They were very happy to show us the collection including this year's new Type XXI watch with the grey dial. As well as this they had my holy grail watch, the Classique Grande Complication Double Tourbillon, probably the most expensive watch in there at the time. They were completely happy to let me have a play with it and take some piccies (sorry about the fingerprints). Unlike so many other stores on Bond Street they are very friendly and not at all standoffish, it's great to be served by staff who knew I had no intention of buying and yet were just as happy to share the indulgence that is an haute horlogerie wrist watch. I would also like to add a special mention to the man who looked after us the whole time, sadly his name escapes me at the current time, but I remember he was pretty new as he told us he'd been there for about a month after 'graduating upwards' from Goldsmiths. He was very kind, chatty and personal and his understanding of the watches, pens and the price points was astounding considering the short time. Although pronunciation of tourbillon was one I'd never heard before (it's tour-bee-on) and the explanation was interesting I really didn't mind at all and it was a pleasure meeting the team and being welcomed back to the store of the most esteemed watchmaker on Bond Street if not the whole world. Thank you to everyone for making my 18th birthday weekend extra special!
