Having just sold my watch to W&J i can only describe the experience as exceptional from start to finish.
I live a long way from W&J and i had to send my watch to them and at first i was very dubious about sending my watch to a company/person i have never met and it is only natural to think this could be a scam? as i never knew of W&J before this, so i done my research to make sure they were indeed a legit company and i can now assure you that they are totally 100% legit.
What i was asking for my watch was what i was closely offered by them, but i asked for a little more and they kindly agreed, the money was paid into my bank account within 24hrs of agreeing to the sale.
The sales staff are very polite and professional and the company is free of deceit; truthful and sincere and you can trust them 100%.

Horrible experience. Before I bought my watch from them, the contact was nice, welcoming, just what you would expect from a business. After I bought the watch I found out the watch was older than initially claimed. Stuff like this happens, and they offered me a free service for the watch I bought which was also nice of them.
Well and then the watch had water damage and I reached out and suddenly the person who was answering my messages turned into a very unfriendly person. I was told that I was at fault, that I had let somebody open the watch and play with etc. Keep in mind that they offer a 1 year warranty for all their watches. Well only if the watches dont have a malfunction.
Long story short: despite buying the watch with 1 year warranty, Watch Center London is not honouring their contract. They simply stopped responding to my messages and I have to repair the watch out of my pocked.

Bought a beautiful Rolex Submariner 1680 Red Mk V dial this week. The watch is stunning and the box looks like new. The purchase process was simple and the watch sent via Special Delivery with a guarantee and invoice. As far as purchasing a watch that you have found online this is as easy as it gets. Their communication via email was also prompt and polite.

My experience was good. They have quite many vintage watches that was hard to find. The price also reasonable. Although you have to lower your expectation a bit when buying pre-owned watches and mark it as your own homework. All in all I would rate them five stars.
