Great Store in Central London, essential place to check out and visit if your a fan of Swatch or just quality watches in general. I've been buying swatches for about a decade now and love how reliable and stylish they are. What I never knew until the first time I went to the Oxford Street Branch is that they do battery replacements for free for your Swatch. Been thankful for this branch ever since. Great Store.

Staff helpful and friendly. Thanks to the girl who changed my old Swatch watch battery for free. Am considering another Swatch this year, good for everyday use. My old one still works after 2yrs and looks good, just needed a free battery ???? Swatch watches look good and seem robust. I have another Swatch watch which is automatic with a transparent back revealing the mechanism. I find the engineering quite fascinating. :)

I have been going to Swatch shop in Oxford Street for many years. Great service as always. I went on Sunday to have my battery changed and adjustment of my straps. The team was very helpful, friendly and smiley. Especially the oriental lady that helped me to change the battery and adjusted the strap for me. Thank you so much! Keep safe.

I have been to the above shop to buy the second Swatch. I was confused which to choose from the display compatible to my existing Swatch watch. The customer service staff Shuang helped me to choose Naiitbayang watch for £50. I like the the design. The shop is very beautifully designed. I may go there next week to buy gifts for my sister. Went to the Oxford street branch yesterday had a battery replaced for a malfunctioning watch, it still didnt work and went back today, it was detected it was more of a mechanical problem. The staff there were amazing and extremely helpful. I was advised it needed replacement but none available in the branch and was referred to the Carnaby branch where I got it replaced. I can only describe staff at both locations as very helpful and topnotch service given and i can still rock my nice Swatch.

Staff are excellent, so helpful and kind which you just dont find everywhere nowadays! Free battery change, watch still wasn't working so very quickly arranged an exchange and swapped the strap over to my original which I preferred. My son also chose a watch and they also swapped a part on the strap without charge. Excellent customer service. Thank you

NO DISPLAY ITEMS OF WATCHES OUT OF STOCK AFTER YESTERDAY'S JAMES BOND COLLECTION LAUNCH MAKES THE TRIP TO A FLAGSHIP STORE MORE THAN JUST USELESS, I WOULD SAY EVEN STUPID
What is the point of a store in Oxford Street if it doesn't have DISPLAY ONLY items to help customers make Swatch watches more desirable

I am not upset or angry, just disappointed, hope SWATCH UK management will rethink training and stocking policies in place at the moment

I really liked this store, it had a vibrant atmosphere and a lovely array of watches. I haven’t been here for a long time. I was greeted by two separate assistants as I entered the store in a very friendly manner. I think they have watches to suit anyone, and most of them seem to be between £60 and £100. They are laid out on the shelves in a very clear and hands-on way. I believe Swatch watches are very good quality no-nonsense watches. My mother swears by them.
There was a man being shaved when I arrived so I think there was a daring and ‘funky’ theme going on in this store today. ????????

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went to visit them after having a battery change to my watch and it wasn't resetting properly. The staff member who helped me was quick in identifying the problem and fixed my watch with speed and accuracy. They even set the correct time and date for me which was great and showed exceptional customer service.

A little disappointed. Took watch in as it was faulty but felt staff were a little defensive and blamed dead battery. This wa the second battery since purchase and definitely the watch was faulty. Eventually they replaced it with a slimmer model which works perfectly as they didn't have the model I had bought

I purchased a watch yesterday as had to travel to India in the morning. The sales manager told me the watch is for 129 which later she showed was for 149.50. She packed and gave I asked her if receipt was in the box. She said everything was inside. However there is no receipt. I am at loss for tax refund. I have been trying to call every day since last 5 days for copy of receipt. They take my e-mail id to mail the same but till date no revert.
