It's a process of building mutual trust since these items are both very expensive and very personal. But we had that and it sets us on a positive path for a future together. Let me start of by saying something positive. i came to this shop 2 years ago to buy watch, and the service was excellent, very respectful and very communicative. On Friday i went in to sell my watch. At first i allowed the very kind manager to take my watch away to show it to his colleague downstairs, but my cautious mindset kicked in, and i went to the top of the stairs and requested if the watch could be dealt with in my sight. you would not believe what happened next......THE OWNER HIMSELF, CAME UP THE STAIRS, TOLD ME TO TAKE MY WATCH AND LEAVE! he became irate and raised his voice so all his staff could hear his anger.......HOW ODD......he began to tell me how he has been here for 25 years, and that he had £200,000 watches, and that my watch was only a stainless steel!....... he then asked me "HOW MANY MORE YEARS DO I HAVE TO BE HERE".......so strange, and i was just bewildered by him. Putting aside the fact he showed how arrogant he was and that he lacked maturity, i asked him to calm down, and i said sorry, i did not mean to offend you and that i was merely being cautious......he then calmed down, and said "lets get straight to the point, how much do you want"........when i gave him a number.......his reply "....yeahhh....hmmmm.....no...sorry we have got off the wrong foot"...........i just could not believe this was THE OWNER......i felt sorry for him. Ultimately.....why get so angry if you have nothing to worry about? even if i offended him, he could have responded in a more professional way......would i go back? what do you think? this may have been a one off, but there are other reviews describing the service standards......and ultimately patterns do not lie.

Whilst I appreciate the frustrations associated with being a dealer of anything, especially luxury products, there is never any excuse to be rude and unreasonable. I didn't catch the gentlemen's name, as we were in the shop for all of about 45 seconds, but we were treated with such contempt that it made me feel hollow for the rest of the day.
As I say, I can only imagine the pressure there is in a job like this, and we made it obvious from the outset that we were not there to buy. This is an awkward situation for any dealer as they need to spend their time making sales, I understand and appreciate this. However, in every way other than directly saying it to us, the gentleman who served us would rather us in the Thames than in his shop. He had no time for us at all, and was dismissive, rude and curt when we said we simply wanted to view a particular watch. He extremely reluctantly retrieved a Rolex Submariner from the front window, sighing and mumbling about how it 'wasn't cool' of the main dealer to refer us to him, and how we couldn't touch it for fear of it then no being pristine. He held it near us, asked 'does that scratch the itch?' and started clearing away. He missed the one opportunity he will ever have with two watch enthusiasts to sell us a vintage/second hand watch, and neither of us will ever return to the store again. A small issue in the eyes of the dealer I'm sure, but word of mouth is an effective advertisement, and return sales are worth the investment of time.
I hope this was a one off, as someone who suffers with emotional hangover it has played on my mind all day, and probably will continue to for a long time.
On the plus side, the guard outside was lovely.

I purchased a watch here in May 2018. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, quick, no nonsense and polite. Their communication by email was also quick, accurate and informative. The photography provided on the website is professional and accurate and the website is well presented in general. The product I received was of the highest quality and was fairly priced. I opted to have my watch delivered to my home which was done so for free and arrived the next day as arranged. The company are able to source sought after high quality watches and are worth checking out if this is what you are looking for. My local jewellers recommended watch club specifically and I can see this was for good reason. 5*

Been using these guys for a few years now. Last time was to put 3 watches into service. I later found out not a service they offer. The Rolex came back fine no issues. But a IWC pilot came back with issues so returned. Issue fixed at 2nd attempt. Also a Brietling in and came out with same issue it went in with. I now felt uneasy about this as it leaves you wondering 'did they in fact service this watch? ' that too went back in. Living some 80 miles away puts a cost in £ & time on this. But they did look at this one super quick as it was my chosen watch to take on holiday doing it a week before required.

So after a referral from a friend who was also over the moon with her purchase, I was referred to Chris at the Watch Club. This is my first 'big' purchase on a luxury item, so was slightly nervous and to say I am blown away is an understatement and does not do this man justice. The whole way through the process of the sale he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a lovely guy that when spending that amount of money, you feel safe doing so. I was treated like a king! Once I had had my new watch for a week or so, I had decided that I required a few more links out, I got in touch with Chris and again, nothing was too much trouble, he bent over backwards for me and the turn around time was so fast, I barely knew it had left my wrist! It was nothing short of fantastic! I will never buy a watch from anyone else and if Chris hasn't got what I want, I will wait! If there was an option for 6 stars you would be receiving 6 Stars ******

Had a very positive experience with the team at Watch Club. I sold two of my watches, Patek and Omega, and purchased their Rolex Yachtmaster. The communication throughout (before and after the deal) was easy. Andrew, in particular, was highly professional and was always ready to help with any questions. After the deal was done they followed up and asked if there were any questions or thoughts.
As I live outside the UK, the deal was done over e-mails and a friend went to pick up the watch. No problem. I won´t hesitate to buy a watch again in the future from Watch Club.
