Coastway Vets, Shoreham

These guys are super helpful and friendly. From answering the phone to the pet care. I fully trust them to be caring about my dog and not just trying to make money. I've used them for a few years from jabs to investigation and diagnosis. Results come through quickly they always call back and I always get an appointment pretty quickly.

Coastway Shoreham is a fantastic branch and a credit to the Coastway name. In the many years we've had our rabbits in their care we've always found them to be genuinely lovely and - most importantly - putting the animal first. The staff are friendly, dedicated and professional. I can't think of anyone else I would trust with the care of any of our small army when they're not feeling themselves!

So much care, love and empathy from the staff and vets. They have a real love of animals and it shows.

We have always used Coastway Vets and always will. Immediately when you walk through the door you (and your pet of course) receive a lovely warm welcome from the staff and are made to feel comfortable and at ease. Gail from the Shoreham By Sea branch is an absolute asset to their team, such a credit, Gail has always been extremely informative and reassuring when needed the most, I understand Gail has many pets at home so she knows how precious our pets are and that they are apart of the family, all of the staff here are really friendly and a great bunch. A very noticeable clean environment throughout, reasonable prices and the best part of all you can see they genuinely care for all animals. They are really good with your pet and really care. My dog loves going as he likes meeting other animals and all the staff are really nice.

I have always found coastways to be welcoming and sympathetic when I have taken my cat to them, and the receptionist is also well informed .
