Took my dog here last week as had an ear infection. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and gave my dog a treat whilst we waited to be seen.
The vet was lovely and friendly and gave great advice on aftercare.

I have been with Grove Lodge for 3 years now and have no complaints- they are always professional and friendly. I trust them completely with the care of my much loved dog. The Pet Health Club option is really good for spreading the cost of regular treatments.

The service you receive is friendly and very professional.
My pet belongs to the pet plan. I would recommend this to anyone, all yearly vaccinations taken care of plus other benefits as well.

The Pet Plan is an excellent way to cover general yearly costs.
Treatment outside these costs is reasonable, although prescription costs I feel are a little costly.

Booster jabs for cat, receptionist explained what the process was in the current circumstances. Vet explained his part as it happened. Very happy with the experience.
