I have always found everyone at Northdale vets friendly and welcoming. They clearly love animals and treat them like they would their own pets. They are always happy to talk about any concerns you may have about your pet either over they phone or in person.

My dog was treated here. Very happy with the care and treatment provided. Follow up call received, treatment and costs explained. Very happy that my dog was well cared for and I was charged for necessary treatment only. (We have all been places where that is not always the case!) This practice do listen and work with you. Have a new puppy and was recommended by a friend, use both the lancing and worthing branch, both very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Suggested I joined the health care club, and have found it very good value as covered for flea, workers, nails and other consultations. Thank you Lucy

I've been using Northdale for many years and have found them to be competent, caring and not overly priced. Always friendly at both branches I've been to, Lancing and Worhting. I like their simple to use web page booking facility and can generaly get an appointment within a day or so. Also, if urgent, I've phoned and they always fit you in. All in all, a good veterinary practice.

I have used Northdale vets for many years. They are always very good and they are very caring. When I had to have my cat Minty put to sleep at 18 years old. They could see how upset I was and didn't ask for any payment when I left. They sent a condolence card I received the next day. They left it a month or so before sending me an invoice. I really appreciated this it gave me time to grieve. This was some years ago now and they have cared for several more of my Pets since then. I would highly recommend this practice.

I love Northdale vets.. Both my rabbit and springer spaniel are registered there. I can always get appointments, the staff in reception are always really friendly and the vets are very easy to talk to, always happy to discuss options with you and make you feel at ease about decisions. I would definitely recommend northdale to a friend as it is a great vet practice.

Have uses Northdale for 15 years. They have supported us through some difficult times. Currently they look after Tia and Winstone our lovely dogs. I find their fees reasonable always very helpful and understanding. They offet a Pet Health club which is excellent value for money and includes annual health check all flea and worming treatment and much more.

Very helpful and friendly staff gave me great information about my pregnant dog, she ended up having to have a c section and had 8 healthy puppies we were made to feel very welcome to see them all after the ordeal and post care was great. Have registered pup we area keeping and again great care. Thank you

My dog had a ear infection and conjunctivitis, the vets here gave me ear drops but told me to leave the conjunctivitis my dogs eyes was red raw I explained I would rather treat her eyes as well, but vet refused. A few days later I took my dog elsewhere who checked her eyes and ears properly (northdale didn't even look in ears with a SCOPE just looked at ears and said they looked red) and gave me eye drops and different ear stuff and her eyes improved within 24 hours! And ears are no longer bothering her. Needless to say I will not visit this vets again!!

Northdale vets in Crabtree lane lancing have been brilliant with all my dogs over the years and my tortoises too.the staff and thorough and friendly and very very caring especially when my dog died they let me stay with him for as long as I wanted very respectful. I can't thank them enough.

Allways been happy very welcoming staff and vets are realy good I never feel pushed to have treatment done its allways been left for my disition.
