Great vet, only ever have had great care for my cats. And their pet health plan is very convenient, you pay a small charge every month to get free check ups and free flea and worm treatments. They also remind you when your pets are due their checks and flea/worm treatments.

I can’t recommend this vets highly enough. We have had a few problems with our dog especially during lockdown and they were so helpful even during such a stressful time. Everyone is so friendly, they always remember us when we go in. The communication we get in terms of reminders for flea tablets and next appointments is great. It’s a comfort to know that we have a great vets nearby who always listen to our concerns and help the best they can.

This is a branch of much larger veterinary hospital. In the 8 years that my cat has been cared for, my experience with the care and clinical expertise has been exemplary. From interaction on the phone to consultation and treatment has been of the highest standard.

Having been with Grove Lodge vets for over 3 years we have had excellent communication and service. When our dog needed urgent treatment for a bee sting we could not have got better care and aftercare. I would fully recommend them.

Always make you feel less stressed kind and considerate. Nearly always seen on time so the animals are kept as calm as can be. Finally great prices never try to secondary sell. We wouldn't take Indiana any where else.

Unfortunately we have had to use Grove Lodge quite a few times over the years. Routine visits are stress free, when there is an emergency the staff are helpful, informative and reassuring. At the very saddest of times they were very caring and considerate. Thank you Grove Lodge.

Luna loves to go and see her vet as she gets fussed over alot and awaits her treat for being a good girl. She is a 2 year old Springer Spaniel and when going to Grove Lodge they all know her. We as a family are highly impressed with all the services that they offer especially when looking after Luna.

Very friendly staff, havent been inside yet due to social distancing, but seems nice enough! Free car park available, and free street parking around (if there isn't space, but there usually is).
Update: very nice vet, but extremely expensive compared to other places. Just to have your pet checked on for 5 minutes costs almost £40, and this rate applies to any follow up appointments. Nice place but unfortunately very expensive, so recommend looking elsewhere as there are plenty of more affordable and equally nice places, which is why I deducted 1 star.
Also it seems that it's impossible to reach them on the phone, and your calls may be returned with a text message rather than a call. I completely understand that it may just be a very busy time; however, for the price i would at least expect a returning phone call, hence why I dropped another star.

Very happy to visit Grove Lodge in Southwick. Don't have to wait long for an appointment. The Staff are very welcoming and are friendly to my dog. The Vet is very thorough and explains things carefully. Thoroughly recommend this Practice.

Always had positive experience at Grove Lodge Southwick when taking my cat. All the vets we've seen are lovely with him and he can be a bit feisty at times! Having a dedicated cat waiting room is a real plus. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly. Thank you all.

Have had heard good and bad about Grove Lodge Vets. But I have to say, the Southwick practise is amazing! From my initial call to register my new puppy, to taking him in, the service was amazing and they made him feel comfortable and welcome, which for the first time for a puppy going into a vets, it made all the difference. Have been here twice. Once to Have two kittens immunized and once to sadly have my mum's cat put to sleep. The receptionist was polite and friendly on both occasions and the vets have always seemed knowledgeable and certainly compassionate on the second visit. Would certainly recommend for people looking to have their pets well looked after

Speaking as both a previous employee and now as a customer, this clinic and the staff are great. Very clean, great equipment and separate consult rooms for cats and dogs. Deborah has been very helpful, and made the process of transporting my dog overseas with me much easier.

Lovely people every time we have to visit with our much loved house rabbit or Shih Tzu - we get a very warm welcome from the receptionist and notified of waiting times.
The vets are always very professional and attentive and we have never had any need for ongoing appointments as treatments are so far every accurate and successful.
The only issue is actually getting anyone on the phone as the lines get busy but they usually call back pretty quick if you leave a message and they will listen to your needs and what time is best and have even squeezed us in at a moments notice for a semi emergency. We are always happy to go see them as we have so much confidence in them and every visit has left us walking out with big smiles.

Called up on 15th may and spoke with the receptionist (I think her name was Rosie) she was very friendly and knowledgable and although i had a million questions she made me feel comfortable and didn't rush me off the phone. Until then I hadn't chosen a vets to use but once I have adopted a pet I would certainly come back to you :)
