What can I say. I had a bad experience here. I walked in the wrong door as it was my 1st time there. Instead off telling me I'd come through the entrance door I was shouted at by a black lady with glasses whom was standing near the tills. I spoke up & said there's no reason to be so rude. I'd rushed all the way there from yeading b&q to get there as I'd been informed they had the wallpaper I needed. I bought 6 wallpapers the man said it was definitely the one I wanted. Next day my decorators called me to say the wallpaper didn't match. I'd bought new batch from yeading and old batch from Acton they looked exactly the same but patterns didn't match up. Never going here again!

Ooh you cant go wrong with B&Q, the staff are always so friendly and the ques move very quickly. I've had a lot of DIY to do lately so i always go to B&Q as they have everything you need. I also found out that they have extra wood left over that they keep buy the tills so that you can help yourself for free :)

Had to queue for about 10 mins. Once inside, not too crowded. Good selection of DIY goods. Keep an eye out for bargains near checkout. Bought several paint brushes for reduced price of 20p each!

Terrible customer relations, if there was an other store I would go there! This is local to me.
As a disabled person I would like a little respect from the staff at this store and as a customer like all other customers.
Yesterday, I must have at 4 members of staff for assistance locating something, and 3 out of the 4 were rude and nasty! One of the staff who was casually chatting to a male customer clearly flirting and giggling, I approach them because they seem like they were friends and just chatting which is what was happening, she was NOT assisting him, she was laughing and really engrossed in conversation there was no other staff around, I said excuse me politely, she shouted rudely back at me I'm with a customer...shocked I held my hand up and said sorry...she then said...'what is it your wanting'?...as I walked away, then I found another member of staff...who just said give me a minute and walked away. I found what I was looking for which with a visual disability was difficult. while at the queue I noticed the guy who was engrossed in a conversation with the member of staff from earlier trying to push his was into the queue to my shock I could see his uniform! He was staff also just shopping and having a cosy chat with his colleague! (I'm with a customer!)
rude unhelpful staff at the B&Q store wouldn't give any stars for customer service or relations.

A very good experience. Staff are super helpful, but more importantly are visible. You can actually find a few around the shop floor which isn't necessarily the case with rival stores.

The lanes are not so wide as Cricklewood. No staff the lady on the till was calling for help for over 30 minutes no one came and then all of a sudden the entire team were there. Blaming her.
That was out of line she did nothing wrong. Give her a pay rise and a medal.
Garden Centre plants needed a drink dying for not getting one .

I was extremely pleased with the Customer Service & Service that I received today at the Acton Branch. I was extremely pleased with the Service that I received from one of your Sales Advisor named Olexsandra
Olexsandra firstly acknowledged me with a smile & then assisted me with my purchase.
He advised with which Wall brackets to buy for my book shelf & he also helped me buy the Drawer cabinets.
I was just amazed by his wealth of knowledge & nothing was to much for him.
Olexsandra really made my shopping experience really lovely and i'm so happy with all my purchases.

5 stars for the lovely, polite & helpful young man Jaden who helped & advised me yesterday !!
I needed to buy a new shower-head & once i was directed to rhe correct aisle 22-23 (by the lovely young lady at the entrance) i was spolit for choice..
Jaden was on the next aisle & popped his head roumd the corner when he saw me scratching my head & reading the box of one that i had chosen lolzzz
He asked if i was ok & if he could help in any way, so I shared what i was looking for
He understood immediately, so we then looked at the water pressure option & that too seemed to suit my needs along with the 5 different spray options, which i thought was amazing, esp when we women have to wash shampoo out of our hair !!
Thank you Jaden, the shower head was EXACTLY what i needed & my family are extremely grateful..
They think I'm so clever, little do they know that i had help lolzzz

I got served by a Lady called Alina she went above and beyond to help me find everything i needed on my list and didn't just point to the isle where I needed to find it as would normally happen she actually took me to get each and every product i needed, and also inspired me and helped me with what to choose and showed me what was on offer/alternative products too that she recommended. She was ever so kind and helpful and whilst I was in the queue and needed something else she went and got it for me so I wouldn't loose my place in the queue. Such a lovely act of kindness especially during these times! Made my day!

Great service at trade point, can't remember the lady's name but she looked indian and was very keen in helping me find some items that I didn't see on the shelves.

This is my shop when I need to do some stuff at home. They have almost everything! Staff is always helpful and nice. The only thing is that due to Covid19 the queue to pay gets a bit slow but this is for a good reason, they really take it serious and that is for the best so no problem. Good people there.

Good level of stock. Website inventory is inaccurate, extremely under staffed, staff are almost useless when you find them. All employees are dull and struggle to smile, specially the lot on the till. One last thing, VERY OVER PRICED, considering ScrewFix is just round the corner.

Great amount of stock, we did click and collect which was very easy and we were helped by a lovely lady (Nehu ?). Very good control on the amount of people in the store so you do not need to worry about covid. Only down side were the customers complaining about having to wait to get in????♀️

BEWARE cars are being broken outside this B & Q, this week my car and 3 other cars got broken into in the space of 15 mins. We alerted the store and they said 'sorry, we can't help, it happens almost everyday'. They refuse to escalate it to the police despite this being a daily occurrence. The car park is filled with broken glass.
