A bit hard to find help here - the staff are hard-working but spread very thinly. I will miss it when it’s gone though as it has a good stock of gardening stuff. Needs far more peat free compost options though. And less peat full ones.

Absolutely fantastic customer service - the dream shopping experience. I came to B&Q to buy some really smart and natural-looking but artificial garden trellis for my new garden but even though there were none left in stock, Mo from this …

Well stocked and diverse DIY store, with easily accessible ample car parking space. Staff keen to provide customer advice and help, which is important as signposting isn't all that it could be.

Got two 100litre bags of compost and a bag of large bark chippings. I picked up a leaflet about joining their club. There and then, I scanned the QR code and submitted my email address and got sent a £5 voucher. Highly recommended ????

Garden centre area only stocks the basics. Pre-planted pots, seasonal seedlings, classic perennials/annuals and bulbs. Some juvenile shrubs. A few mature bamboo, prunus and conifer. Not many climbers. No grit or stone, just standard composts and topsoil. Some fencing items, but not extensive.

Sometimes the garden centre area could do with some watering - however was delighted to find a small solar powered water fountain - ideal for my little water feature in the courtyard

Clean and well organised. This place has improved a lot in recent years. It used to be dusty, poorly lit and you could never find staff to help!

I would say to the manager of B&Q take care of your employees and let them all learn and watch and do as Caeleb He is very honest and active person and very helpful man You are lucky to have hard worker like him He deserves to put him supervisor instead some supervisor you have now ( most of them don't know their job properly)

Very good. But if you need help for a product, then you may not find the right staff. Otherwise, good.

Like most places, some staff are helpful, others not so. Pretty good range of materials, I was able to make do with other products where they didn't have exactly what I wanted. My gripe is two-fold: the small packets of things (screws, …

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the stock items at this warehouse. On this particular occasion we needed some 1.8M (6ft) scaffold boards as we wanted to make a raised bed. Normally I would use a builders merchant …

Worst staff I have ever come across in a shop before, completely unhelpful and rude. They all really need a course in customer service or just sacked! Would give no stars if I could!!

DISREGARD ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS. When I came in I was being really respectful, despite some of my items last minute out of stock- which I hear is a problem, the staff woman looked like she hated her job and was sort of rude at the collection …

Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Mike the Manger went beyond the call of duty to help source a discontinued set of lights to complete our other one purchased. He was amazing a real asset to B&Q.

I bought an item online and never got it delivered, despite receiving a text message from DPD confirming the delivery date. Once I contacted customer service I was told simply that the item was out of stock. The store didn't even sent me an email. This happened twice! Awful service.

The worst B n Q I have ever been to, no staff to help and if you find one he or she will speaking to you like they are doing you a favour, the store is not labeled properly so you know where you n what u get... I spent nearly 40min in there without a success in finding wot I needed. Very disappointed... Nothing compare to Beckton branch

This isn't my regular b&q (Ilford and Beckton being my locals) and this is way more organised and even the person standing by the door was dispensing sanitiser to each new customer.

I disliked this place from the day I got a parking ticket. Impossible parking and driving around very difficult. Good for Sunday DIY, not for builders

Good range of products and good prices. Helpful staff at the tills. Have implemented reasonable and responsible Covid precautions. Like many of its competitors, sometimes tricky to find somebody on the shop floor to point you in the right direction although when you do they are usually helpful and mostly well-informed.

Its good and staff can be quite helpful only downside is that they have alot of wrongly priced/displayed products. I recently went there & bought a white Xmas tree decoration there was a whole shelf full of them around 10+ and there was 2 prices underneath £5 & £6 got home to find out it was £9 not impressed!
