Waited over an hour to get one tin of paint because we were told someone was on a break. When the person on a break came back he couldn't make the paint for the customer at the front of the que and the colleague that made us wait had to help him. Then she left and a third person came. Farce.

I realise we were in a lockdown when I visited but... this place is something else. First off its very small. Car park is tiny, shared with other stores. Staff here are it seems very acknowledge, and a couple were a bit on the rude side. If you need any help with DIY and you visit this place, good luck to you

Surly service ( if you can find it). Say they supply gas bottles but have so few that you can't hope to get one even if you buy a gas BBQ. Low stocks and generally run down appearance. Bad experience overall.

Fantastic service by Alex, very helpful and proficient in organizing an order for storage boxes for collection when the click and collect option on the website was not working as they were not on the shop floor. I used the key copy machine located within B&Q but the key did not work. I went back to B&Q to claim the advertised 30 day money back only to find out they could not help beyond giving out a number. Had I have know would have never used it.
