They told me that had no stock of an item I wanted. Would not sell me the display item although it couldn't be ordered. Then I had to convince them that they did have stock which after my insistence,they eventually managed to find. Useless stock control!

Rang up on a Saturday enquiring about garden furniture. The Assistant, Hodan, was very helpful and personally put aside the item for collection the next day. Hodan even rang me the next morning to tell me the item was ready to collect and their was no need to queue. Fantastic customer service!!!
