I ordered goods online. The service from start to finish was fantastic. I had a call from the driver from this store who was very polite and respectful to inform me the delivery was on its way. Although Wicks only deliver to the kerb the driver kindly helped me take my items into my driveway.

Waste of time.
If Wickes don't have it they'll send you to Tool Station.
When tool station has it they want your personal information. (Not worth the hassle for de-icer spray)

Wickes are better than B&Q, but, I could not find an item I wanted at Wickes, Chadwell Heath. I went home and checked the internet and found the item at Toolstation...where is Toolstation.... in Wickes, Chadwell Heath. Wickes, put up signs to suggest Toolstation as a possible alternative, it would have saved me a night without water and an extra trip.

I said the only reason I’m asking u is because I’m dyslexic I can’t read
He made a face then said “OH MY GOD Are you serious” then I had to say “no I’m was joking”
I come out with the wrong product.
I felt so upset last time that happened to my in school and that was 15 years ago

Good value products though not many staff to help. Know what you want and take a friend to help move stuff as you won't find any staff. Their range doesn't seem that big now, just core building and decorating materials mainly.
Kitchens are great though. And the contractor they provided was excellent.

The kitchen is lovely but they sent and charged me for extra counter tops I didn't order and trying to get someone to pick them up is a nightmare. Driver never turned up an arranged date and now usual run around trying to sort it out. Go elsewhere

I booked an appointment with kitchen designer on Sunday 24th. Reached on time and this guy who was chatting with his colleagues Derek Price is his name had to get up and attend my appointment. We sat down and he said
What do you need?
I said, Tell us the option
He replied I had 45 kitchen designs which one do you like?
I said I dont you give us option and here is the measurements of out kitchen.
He said I cant give you option (I had all measurements except boiler size and windows size) without knowing boiler size and windows location.
I told him, here are the windows. but insisted he cant do this.
By that time I had enough of his b***s**t so told my wife lets go he is not worth talking. I dont even know why he is even working here if he cant even speak nicely. I went in to spend 10K and this how he dealt with me. Probably I was not wearing a suit and did not shaved :)
Overall dont go there to buy a kitchen, these people will ruin your day. Better go to B and Q at least they will treat you with respect and integrity.
Extremely rude, unpleasant, uncooperative, ghastly and irritating who thinks everyone else is idiot except him.

Brentwood wicks is possibly the worst one I have ever been in. Never got what I need and all the staff are prepubecent kids with a chip on there shoulder. To busy talking on there phones then to actually do any work.
