Screwfix never let you down. Very helpful even when item not in stock, going further and beyond to find out when the item will come back in to stock and offering alternatives.
I have been shopping with screwfix for the past 8 years and have to admit prices are cheaper than most places and even specialties.
Website and stock level are without a doubt accurate so at least you wont waste a journey travelling to your nearest store (Bow and Canning Town are local to me).
Wish they operate the 24/7 service they did many years back at the Highway branch! Very very helpful for tradespeople.
Thank you screwfix for your service and support through this pandemic time we are all going through!

Dad is shielding so I'm socially distancing to stay in his support bubble. As I was waiting for my click n collect another customer entered eating his fries and chips and taking no heed to all the infection control procedures in place. I had to leave the store and the guy serving me very kindly brought my item out to me - thankyou screwfix - your excellent customer service and infection control awareness made my day- cheers.....

There have been days were I have made several trips to the store to purchase, return and exchange items and the staff here could not be more helpful. They have excellent stock knowledge, find things I don't know the name of and the service is always with a smile. I'm lucky to have them so close to me while I'm still doing up my house.
