The worst staff on this particular morning. No friendly welcome just lots of moaning and deep breaths as if they didn't want to be there.
I asked for what I needed but the person serving could not help so called over their senior who then proceeded to tell me that he had never heard of a pfh card in his life, A complete lie as we use BUILDBASE all around London everyday, with no issues.
Its a pity as builders are busy and time is valuable, so very bad staff like this can really hurt a business like buildbase as customers won't return and will go elsewhere..... Which is exactly what we have done. Thanks jewsons
