Second time here , food is always good comes out fast with a reasonable portion. it's a tad expensive for a cafe without a veiw, also you can't swap any items on the menu. If you wanted to swap three or four different things, fair enough, that's a completely different order. But my friend wanted to swap bean for tomatoes, and they wanted to charge an extra pound for that. Makes no sense to me

Superior bacon in my bacon sandwich but they can't make tea. I ordered Earl Gray and was brought a mug of recently boiled water together with a tea bag in a little envelope. To get the high end volatile elements into the drink of course you must pour boiling water over the tea bag.

Nice bacon, several variations on a full English all of them more or less differentiated by quantity and price. . Becomes busy quickly on a Saturday morning. You won't leave hungry although Cappuccino's are small while other coffees are full size.

Went here for brunch on a Sunday and it was lovely! Sat out front and enjoyed the sun which having a full English breakfast. Plenty of tasty food to choose from, and the staff are friendly which creates the perfect atmosphere. Would recommend, as I’m already planning on going again soon.

BUT they keep closing early and turning me away. Twice I’ve been there well before the publicised closing times and twice they have turned me away.

Awful service, refused to allow us to sit inside. When we were seated outside did not get any service for 20 minuets. It started to rain and they allowed a pregnant woman with three children under 4 to freeze in the cold. Messed up the food order and told us it was because they were busy, when we asked if we could see the order list they said they had thrown it in the bin and then over charged us. Do not waste your money here!

It is a quite cute place with really lovely staff. But i think they have a miscommunication problem which effected my experience. I have lactos intolerance so I ordered a flatwhite with oat milk. But the coffee they served was prepared with whole dairy milk. I can tolarate it but i don't even want to think about what would happen if they do the same mistake for a vegan customer :) The coffee on the other hand was over extracted and bitter, but still drinkable. I think they need to change their grind setting for making better espresso. But the breakfast we had was really delicious.

Walked in this morning, was asked “how many?” By a young lady to which I replied 3, had 3 menus shoved at us admittedly the lady was serving a table, as we were not told where to sit we proceeded up the slope where other people were sitting at tables.
After quite a time, unusual as they are normally very quick to serve you a man came to clear the other now empty tables, he greeted us with who said you could sit there? We said and the reply was well I’ve got a hen party coming in.
We said oh! he said well yes this area is being used for a hen party.
We said don’t worry we’ll go elsewhere. We received no apology for either of their rudeness. A shame as usually good service

I had the Eggs Royale and my partner built his own breakfast..the service was perfect - attentive but not over the top, the atmosphere was super chilled and relaxing and the food was outstanding! They do a mean Bloody Mary as well. Cannot recommend highly enough!
