Brought a brand new bike and 1 week into riding it there was a squeaking sound from the lower bracket which they said they couldn't find a problem, also they fitted brake pads which had no friction material whatsoever, so I requested new ones and I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive since they ordered the wrong ones
