Poor service, was sent the completely the wrong product as it seems there was no attention to detail when picked.
Emails to support vague, not very apologetic and don't tell me what they are going to do about it.
I've just chalked it up to experiece and moved on.

Phoned the customer service line prior to placing my order to confirm stock. Was advised to expect delivery within 3-4 working days. Re-contacted after 5 days without delivery to be advised product wasn't in stock and I had been emailed to confirm this (no email received). Was advised stock would be received the following Monday and would be with me before the end of the week. Still no delivery, still no stock. Highly suspect my money was taken with no expectation of being able to satisfy the order. Avoid at all costs.

Poor fulfilment and customer service experience. Purchased Toughbuilt Master Electricians bag, separate charge for delivery, fully paid for at time of purchase, 1-week passed no item, followed up, customer service just did not fill one with confidence, spoke with an operative who could not advise said would get a member of the team to advise, another day passed and emailed, eventually told item on its way, almost 2wks and no item, requested refund and still waiting.
Any wonder we are all flighting to use Amazon when independents provide such poor customer experience. Would really prefer to support independents, however if this is the level of service how can one see fit to do so. Disappointing experience

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a product from Buildworld they charge me in FULL. 4 DAYS later they emailed me on a Saturday afternoon saying it's out of stock, they're expecting more in 2 weeks time. Over 2 weeks has past, still not received my product. I have emailed, used online support & left messages. No REPLY THE! The number they gave me, the 1 & only time I managed to get through, the staff said that this is sales line only. Further email to them & still no response or product. I also asked them why did they charge me knowing that they didn't have it in stock. Surely before you make payment they would know. I honestly don't know what I can do now.
