Would reccomend screwfix for quality and prices. However service at ulverscroft rd branch poor compared to thurmaston where I normally go. Thurmaston were out of stock so tried ulvercroft rd instead. Staff had no sense of urgency. Perhaps having a bad day.

Click and collect very quick service only issue was with refund says done on there system but not received back after 5days when queried apparently it had not been done so someone then did it after phone call would advise anyone waiting for refund to check it has been done
