I recently visited your store and just wanted to say how impressed we were with the service we received from the staff.
We were greeted by a guy called Ahmed who made us feel very welcome and was professional and polite when serving us.
We were looking to have our driveway paved and he showed us the variety of paving which was on offer to us.
He was kind enough to work out the area we had and the amount of materials we would need to do the work.
He priced us the job and let us take a couple of samples free of charge along with a brochure to have a look through.
We had previously visited a few other places and had been given quotes for what we needed.
Ahmed's quote enthusiasm and professional attitude made us decide to use Matsons.
The order was delivered on time and the Driver was polite and delivered it exactly where the builder needed it.
We are over the moon with our new driveway and grateful for the service we receives

I met a good bunch of lads at Matsons. I was after some fencing panels and posts. They take me around and showed the different type of panels available and gravel boards. Very pleased with the good price and service provided

We wanted a clean stone and particular sizes to go under permeable paving.
Guys at Matsons were able to source the product for us whereas the two other suppliers were not interested, probably because it was a small quantity. Paid for product, delivered next day. Very pleased with the customer service from the beginning to the end. Delivery driver lovely guy, who had to make a couple of adjustments to get the bulk bags over the fence - nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service. Thank you

The builder AFRIN was paid for materials to start work on a front wall. The goods were delivered.
The builder took the money and then told Matson that the job was cancelled.
Matson truck came and took the bricks and aggregates back from our front garden without permission from us.
The builder ran of with the money from my retired parents.
The builder AFRIN is a crook and did not give back the money for materials.
matson helped him with the SCAM, do not trust this company or any builder who works with them.
