Terrible delivery company, no one is willing to take responsibility or apologise for any issues. Drivers falsely claim they attempt delivery and if you thought the drivers were bad, wait til you speak to their customer service team, a soulless bunch of humans with no empathy or care for customers. I would rate zero stars if I could - never again!

DX has failed to deliver my parcel on two occasions, the first time to my home address where they failed to show up and did not leave a calling card but instead I received an email telling me that delivery failed (having the audacity to claim a calling card has been left, which was not the case). The second time I scheduled it to my work address, I kept checking the website and it kept telling me it was on route, I called their call centre and as the operator was unhelpful, I spoke with a manager who promised the item would be delivered and that he will personally contact the delivery driver to give me a phone call to make sure the item is delivered. I went outside and waited in the exact spot where they were meant to deliver, one hour later (an hour after I had finished work), I was shocked to receive another email telling me that delivery failed. Their driver did not even attempt to deliver! I called the call centre and spoke to another manager who informed me she couldn’t contact their driver, she did not know where the parcel was, and could not guarantee the parcel will be delivered next day. Following a long discussion, it transpired that the biggest mistake this company made was calling itself, Delivered Exactly, because they clearly cannot deliver and nothing about their process is exact, they are unreliable, incompetent, unhelpful, and could not match the delivery service most Kebab shops can provide. Due to their failure to do the only thing they should be doing, their negligence, dishonesty, and gross incompetence, the parcel had to be returned to the sender. They must either completely review how their process work or otherwise spare humanity having to deal with what a disgrace of a service they claim to provide.

No delivery window like DPD no phone contact had to try a look everywhere and plus customer service after calling a premium number no effort to to try and rectify a problem they had in the first place. In the building all day they cancelled and rescheduled for next day and don't even have the decency to warn when they're coming. After offering to collect or to try a for a 2nd attempt cant be done !?!? I'd stay away as far as possible

I would give them 0 if it would be possible ! These people I called them 7times 10days in a row and they today told me they cannot locate my order which cost +200£! They very unprofessional keep taking my number to call me back and never call, keep saying it will be out for delivery tomorrow and then turns out some body probably just took my order home coz why not !!!!

i found the best way to get in touch with someone is to demand that they have someone call you! go to the website and do a live chat and demand that they have someone call you and sort out the issue ASAP! after 2 failed attempts of delivering my passport, one where i stayed outside for 2 hours and they couldn't possibly get past me without me seeing them, i was so fed up and they make it damn near impossible to get in touch with someone. so i said to call me so i could sort this issue out and they called me right away!

Arrived at 07:50 and the door was open with parcels all over the floor. Looked more like a warehouse than a collection point. I was told to come back at 08:00. I waited for the official opening time and my passport was given to me within minutes and I was told I am lucky, otherwise takes a lot of time. Very good service, but a lot of room for improvement.

An absolute disgraceful company. I paid for next day morning delivery and parcel didn’t arrive. I called customer service 4 times and was told that the courier would send the parcel on the day (this was at 7pm). Eventually I was told the courier might have gone home. What they say on the website on “why choose us” is a complete scam and dishonesty. It’s completely unacceptable and unethical that this company is actually running. Paid for a service that didn’t honour its most basic job; wasted a day waiting for nothing; didn’t get an important document that I needed; poor customer service attitude - a recipe for disaster. Giving one star on this review is being way too generous. Please avoid DX at all cost. The service is definitely not even worth a penny. The reviews here and on Facebook pretty much sum up the worth of the service.

This company’s approach to doing business is truly remarkable... and not in a good sense. I’ve wasted two days waiting around for their courier to arrive. And when I contacted their customer services, the staff seemed unsure of what had gone wrong or what I should do in order to get my package. Embarrassing for DX, and for those who rely on their services.

The worst ever parcel delivery company in UK If there was option to give negative stars then everyone would have opted for it. Trust me if you don't want your parcel to reach on time and at intended delivery address then this the company. Customer has to chase for the delivery and have to spend days to get it. Most unreliable, unprofessional, customers-time consuming parcel delivery system.

Lost one parcel in December. Had to get retailer to resend it. Meant to be delivered today, no comms. Finally speak to someone at DX at 5.15. Now getting delivered tomorrow. Possibly. They have one job. And can't do it to save their lives. Avoid at all costs.

Their customer service is zero! And they hold the parcel just for the day. Gave me a post code that was out of date. Terminated. Went all the way around the Gerkin. By the time i found it they closed. When you call them you talk with a machine, a robot. Raised the issue that the post code does not exist anymore, next day on the arrange a new delivery thing....guess what...the same post code. Mate ....you suck! More that ups and dhl. A lot more.

Biggest bunch of clowns you'll ever come across. Laurel and Hardy would do a much better job than DX. I took the day off work and waited ALL day for their delivery which was scheduled to arrive today. It was booked and confirmed. It didn't arrive. No notification whatsoever. I tried to ring their customer support a few times. A complete joke. Long automated system. Then kept on hold for ages. Nobody picks up the phone. Then the announcements tell you to email them and the line goes dead! They've not delivered on two separate occasions now. This is what a joke DX Delivery is. They don't give two hoots about customers and are the worst of the worst. Stay well clear of this company who want to go out of their way to treat customers like dirt in every way possible!

Terrible customer service. Courier didn't turn up twice. No information from the company. Tracker kept saying it would be delivered. Cannot get through to anyone and nobody replying to my emails. I'm very concerned as these people are supposed to deliver my passpprts and for some reason are not.

Awfull, incompetent and unsatisfactory service !!!! Please, do not use!!!!! Unacceptable, low quality, incredibly unsatisfactory customer service. The company shall deliver flowers for my mum's 65 birthday at well known building and easy to find adress in London.As she didn't received the flowers till 6 pm I call the customer service to find out where the delivery is to be told that the driver was 40 m away from the address and couldn't find it ????? I have provided at the booking with my tel.number to be called if any problems, nobody called me but have been offered to rebook for next day without extra charges on the phone !!!! and I shall be happy with it ???? After I have asked to speak to manager and the delivery shall be orhanised for the birthday as booked have been told that there is no possibility to be delivered at the day as everybody has gone home and there is no possibility I can speak to the manager either!!!!! This is the worst ever service i have received and experienced in my life , despite the disapointment that my mum couldn't get her flowers delivered due to the incompetence of the driver !!!! I will never going to use them again and will recommend if you read this post not to use them either!!!!

A total waste of time. Recieved text message and checked online, they both stated delivery will be tomorrow. So i went to work but they attempted delivery on the same day. This is the second time i had to rearrange delivery. They are scam artists that want people to pay an additional £6.13 charge to get item delivered before 1 pm. Worthless rubbish company dx delivery.
