One word - Fantastic! From start to finish for my Invisalign treatment journey Pro Dental were everything and more I could have wished for from a dental practice. The staff were professional, the practice was beautiful and the finance options made it a lot more manageable for me! Would recommend.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST DENTAL CLINIC I'VE EVER VISITED!
THE WORST TOOTH WHITENING AND IMPLANT THAT COSTED ME A FORTUNE AND NOW I'M left with permeant damage to my tooth.
The complaint department is a joke and they started hanging up my calls and replying back to my emails.
Avoid these uneducated people especially Nikki the manager.

My Pro Dental Experience
Debora and her dental nurses are so fantastic. Her lengthy experience is obvious right away which makes trusting her with your smile easy. I was told by other Ortho’s id have to have FOUR healthy teeth removed in order to have braces. Debora took one look at me teeth and said she could help me without a single extraction! I am almost at the end of my treatment and its been a pleasure visiting Pro Dental.

Big shout out to lovely staff at the Pro Dental Clinic! Having a small "emergency" situation with discoloured teeth after my bound up I was booked with next day appointment and helped in no time for no extra cost! All in really nice atmosphere and professionally done! Can't wait for my results post treatment.

Anyone looking for dental work please look else where and avoid this place like the plague. Nearly two years since the decision was made to have dental implants and going to pro dental and my auntie still doesn't have them in! Empty promises, no calls being returned. Even the managing director doesn't answer your calls, they say they will call back and they don't. They book you in for appointments for you to arrive and nothing has moved any further forward. Absolutely disgusting treatment for something she paid alot of money for. It's been over a year of when they stated the process would be completely done!! Please don't waste your money! Find a professional practise as this place is nothing less than a con.

Nikki has to be the world's biggest two face and liar. Extremely dissatisfied with my procedure as it went all wrong and was given infection. This has mentally affected me and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are refusing to refund.

The whole team is amazing! Accommodating and professional. They put you at ease - explain all procedures in detail, answer my constant questions! I have had my Damon braces on top and bottom teeth for 5 months now and the progress on my teeth is great. Deborah doesn't cut corners. I would highly recommend to others!

They promise a lot but apparently they forget all the promises. I’ll give them 0 star if I can!
The manager is a FAKE LIAR and will try to take every penny from you if she could.
The procedure failed however they tried blaming my body for rejecting the material. I had to do private test elsewhere to proof to them my body is not allergic to anything and then all they can offer is to redo the procedure and with no promises.
I have been told by other doctors that they have messed up my jaw bone and teeth’s and will need much more expensive procedure now due to the damages caused by them.
AVOID THEM!!! DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOCATION OR PRICES.

Ok but like all dentistry places all scams! at first I liked that this place didn’t not seem money greedy but as soon as my 15 month contract for braces was finished that’s when my brackets started coming off but I didn’t realise as I had thick wire which held it on place so I didn’t realise it had come off. I believe it was done on purpose to make me pay extra!! Yet I did and my teeth still not straight!
5* reviews are based on free hygiene clean.
Not everyone there speaks full English so communication was a little difficult.
Also pro dental clinic are a leading celebrity dentist and I guess care for their celebs only.

Very bad experience
First of all it is a private clinic, so your appointment should be on time. This was not the case. Furthermore the orthopedic was not very helpful at all.
After the consultation I had to wait more than 20 mins to see a member of staff to tell me about the treatment and costs. After speaking to her I was told that the offer which I have seen on their website was three years ago. The website was/is not updated, so be careful!
I have wasted my time with this clinic.
Finally, the consultation is free but you have to pay 50£ to secure your appointment and you get it after your appointment.
I did not receive my money back until I called the clinic and told them this!

So before coming to pro dental I had a phobia. It had been a while since visiting a dentist due to Ill treatment. But when I got to meet the team they were amazing the 1st app was a struggle being as what I had experienced improper before but after they way the treated me it made me relaxed. We are going on a while now and I can smile again I still have a little further treat but cant thank them enough. Even got my smile ready for my wedding. The team deserves more than 5 stars. Jus to add I travel from wales just for this team xx

Should have done this review months ago when my treatment was finished.
I just want to say a big thank you to Pro Dental. My treatment was smooth, appointments adjustable and the end results amazing. I had braces and my teeth look soo good, I get a lot of compliments.
When I first came across Pro Dental I thought I only will need braces but they advice in on another treatment as well as braces that will give me the look I’m going for. Ending up paying more but so worth it. It weren’t a pushy/hard sale rather advice with great resources and information to make you understand and decide.
I would honestly recommend anyone to Pro Dental (already have told a few), the staff members are lovely and welcoming. Amazing team.

I had a really bad experience with a dentist in India and have been afraid of going to the dentist since then but my Dentist Debora has been great and very understanding when I get nervous. The service at the clinic is second to none. I have been able to get appointment very easily with convenient times to fit around work. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The cost of my treatment was very reasonable and I have been given time to pay for my full treatment. I am nearly finished but have seen great results in a short amount of time. Debora takes time to explain the options and has given me very good advice about the aftercare. I got 6 month Smile braces which has been a very easy treatment and no one has even noticed I have one set of braces off yet. It has really helped with my confidence and have been very lucky to find a dental practice that I have full trust in knowing what they are doing. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you all at Pro Dental for doing such a great job :-) Keep up the good work :-)

I first came to Pro dental in September 2019 for a full mouth implant consultation as I see their great reviews and the patient advisors was very informative on booking .
I have been very down about my smile and had 0 confidence. I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect regarding treatment needed, outcome, pricing etc.
I see Dr Goma who went through all my treatment options with me in detail and made me feel at ease, I then see Nikki who helped me with affordable payment plan options tailored to my current financial situation, she also helped me understand what to expect and went through my treatment plans thoroughly giving me a better understanding of the next steps.
I was given a pack that had all information about the procedure, steps, consent forms, aftercare and pro dentals guarantee and insurance plans, leaving me with plenty of time to read it thoughly and ask question if needed.
I felt so happy with everything I choose to go ahead with teeth in day both top and bottom jaw.
Nikki organised all of my appointments for me and Gave me her direct contact number so I could contact her at any time, night or day and she always got back to me.
I was so scare about having the same day teeth surgery, I was calling Nicki for reassurance. She reassured me that I was in safe hands, answering any questions I had and that Pro dental handle big cases like myself every day.
The surgery day came and the clinic offered a car to collect me and take me home which I thought was amazing as I was extremely nervous and did not want to use public transport.
I arrived to the clinic on my surgery day so scared, The Doctor relaxed me with sedation and I feel asleep during the surgery. When I woke up I felt fine and was so happy with my new teeth and I didn’t feel pain like I thought I would. Completely exceeded my expectations, Dr Goma was amazing.
My daughter was at the clinic with me, she went and done some shopping at oxford street for the day whilst I was undergoing my surgery and the clinic called her to let her know I had finished my surgery. The car was waiting for me outside to take me and my daughter home.
The next day I felt fine, the clinic gave me a prescription to get antibiotics and painkillers which worked fine, I didn’t need any more. The clinic also gave me a courtesy call the next day to see how I was feeling and booked me a review appointment with the doctor 2 weeks later.
I love my new smile and cannot thank Pro Dental enough for amazing smile transformation.
The team are amazing, I have recommended to all my friends
If you are nervous, don’t be they are amazing a great value for money with affordable payment plans.

Debra my dentist is awesome, she is gentle, honest, and a bit of a "miracle worker" got the best teeth ever now thanks to her. The practice is clean with up to date machines and equipment, and a friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel lovely and make you smile again. Thank you for a great service! Recommended to ALL! Oh and I tell people my dentist is down Harley St, but little do they know its acctally cheaper than my local dentist “amazing prices” cheap!

I had the six month smile for the lower arch and throughout the treatment all of the staff were so friendly and professional. I've ended up with what I wanted set out from the very start of the treatment. Emergency appointments due to brackets coming off through eating were dealt with the same day or at the latest the next day, which was great. I was also able to get all of the appointment times I wanted usually at a time convenient to me.

Have had Invisalign treatment done here recently and must say I have had a very pleasant experience. My teeth were examined carefully and properly with the right treatment plan given over my course of treatment. All of my questions were answered in depth from initial consultation to final review and I am happy with the result!
I strongly suggest going with Pro Dental if you are thinking of having any cosmetic dental treatment.

Prodental clinic has incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Whenever I have had to call over an issue with my six month smile brace they have given me advice as needed and made an extra appointment if needed, one being the same day!
The dentist themselves have been friendly and the appointment is quick without being rushed. They have also provided advice when needed.
Overall an incredibly friendly set of staff and good quality dentistry. I would highly recommend them.

I have had a great experience with Pro Dental.
I found them with a woman I work with and we went through the experience together which was great.
Every time I went into Pro Dental I was greeted and the girls on the desk knew my name which is really lovely. You get to know them, especially if your process is long which mine has been given how bad my teeth were. You feel that they are sharing in your excitement in how far you have come.
Every step of the way was easy and explained. If there was an issue this was dealt with promptly.I would highly recommend Pro Dental.

Disappointing service from a Harley st clinic. My cousin was to do 4 implants. After delays of almost 8 months, planned surgery was pushed back by 6 weeks. Second surgery is cancelled by informing me 3 hours before that they did not get the implants. Highly unprofessional. Very eager to collect the fee but reluctant to treat. Dentists don't seem to know patient's record or may be dont bother.

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to Pro Dental. Their team was great and did a great job on invisalign from start to finish, explaining everything that they were doing and listening to what I had to say. They kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different places I can say that Pro Dental are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there. Staff always poliet and friendly would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly reccomed pro dental, I went their a year ago with wonky teeth and I hardly ever smiled because I was so self conscious. A year later my teeth are straight, naturally perfect and I smile! Fran finished the treatment off with some slight tweaks with filing, she is externally patient and professional. Renz was also very considerate and I could tell he was very passionate about his job. I appreciate his kindness whilst not being a huge fan of the dentist. I would highly reccomed all the team, the receptionists are always poliet and friendly, Thank you everyone!

I came to Pro Dental clinic with very crooked teeth and gaps that have started to close over the years from when I had teeth removed when i was younger. I was provided a very clear treatment plan for Damon clear brace and 3 implants. I started my Damon treatment first to straighten my teeth and open up the gaps ready for the implants. I have now had my implants place and my smile is unbelievable and it only took 14 months. I thank all of Pro dental Clinic staff as they are all so lovely and really looked after me through out treatment, always easy to book an appointment . Very reasonable Priced always has deals and offers. I would highly recommend.

Cant praise Pro Dental Clinic highly enough. Had the Damen braces fitted, with removable retainers and fixed braces after the Damen brace was removed. After 2 years my smile is completely transformed. My orthodontist Deborah took amazing care and made sure my teeth were beautifully aligned before removing the braces. One year on, they still look perfect and am thrilled with the results. The friendly staff made it easy to book/change appointments to fit around your schedule. Overall had a great experiance and would highly recommend PDC to anyone!
