I might take this moment to let you know how amazing I have found the rehab and support. Matt has been amazing in looking after me, explaining everything so clearly and creating a perfectly personalised treatment plan, then Elisa in hydro giving me lots of confidence at the early stages post-surgery, with Hannah for physio. I've also been seeing Jamie for osteo which is... painful... but in a good way, he is brilliant and I've seen such a benefit doing physio and osteo alongside one another.
I've spent most of my time with Hannah, who is simply amazing. Hannah's had a difficult ankle to work with 3 surgeries and 6 years of trouble. She's been nothing other than diligent, encouraging, great company, dedicated, supportive and sensitive to my other medical conditions. She has challenged me and has brought me and my ankle to a place that it hasn't been for over 6 years, and we're not even done yet. I've had my fair share of ankle rehabs and physio of the years but nothing I have gone through in the past, even comes close to the process (and results) I'm seeing from Isokinetic.

I can't recommend Isokinetic enough! They are the most efficient, outstanding, effective, friendly, and thorough PT's and sports doctors I have ever worked with. I came to London with a very distinct injury from mono water skiing and they were able to get me back on the water earlier than the reecovery time. They really work with you one on one in an integrative way with the doctors so that they really look after you and work with you specifically for your goals in a safe and effective way. By far the best physio ever. And I have experienced a few. I would highly recommend them to anyonme, for all types of injuries. So friendly and a pleasure working with them. Thank you Isokinetic!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Isokinetic. As a personal trainer, yoga teacher and avid rock climber I was absolutely desperate to get back to full fitness post foot surgery (climbing injury). I've been completely blown away by the people, the service and the integration between disciplines all under one roof. From physician, physio, gym work, osteopathy (including acupuncture), hydro therapy and sport specific movement training, the team will go over and above to make sure you reach your goal. Absolutely 5 star service, I can't thank them enough! Ludo (my physio) in particular has made this journey an incredibly joyful one! Back to the rocks I go! One very happy client!

I’ve been a patient of Isokinetics for several months. When I first went to Isokinetics, I could barely walk. I was an active person in the past and consider myself athletic. But, lower back problems got the better of me and I was shuffling my feet instead of walking. Fast forward several months and not only am I walking, I’m back to running.
Every aspect of Isokinetics is top notch. The doctors care about your issue from the first diagnosis. The physical therapists are brilliant and accomplished athletes themselves so they know how to treat their patients. The osteopaths performed miracles for me and the administrative staff are super kind, friendly and always happy to help out scheduling appointments and providing assistance.
I’ve recommended Isokinetics to a number of colleagues and friends and will continue to do so. You can’t miss with them as a partner.

Where does a physio go for their physio? Here! I cannot recommend this place enough! From the minute you enter the door you are welcomed with warmth and genuine care! The staff's positive energy, competence and facilities are second to none - and the multidisciplinary working between different professionals (physios, doctors, osteopaths etc) means you get the specialist treatment required. No other UK rehabilitation place like this - 10/10 recommend!

I came to Isokinetic after I ruptured my ACL. I’m a performer in West End musicals so was desperate to get back to full fitness. Isokinetic were amazing and thanks to the treatment I recovered and was back onstage a lot quicker than expected. From the moment you get there to the moment you leave you are treated so unbelievably well. They are like a family there and it is the perfect environment to get better (ha, I didn’t want to leave). Fantastic treatment from everyone and I highly recommend them!!!

The treatment I received from the passionate team was second to none - it truly was a clinic for professionals however equally open for all. This was a second home for me for 9 months and the focus and attention given to me throughout my ACL recovery was crucial to my recovery. I do remember one thing being said when I first walked which I will never forget - “we will have you leaving better than before the injury”. As Hollywood as it sounds, I am back to playing football for over a year now and I actually feel that way so I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I owe my complete recovery from ACL surgery to the absolutely brilliant Isokinetic team, who treated me like a top athlete. I was overwhelmed by their care and professionalism. Their compassion and support helped me stick with the serious program of many months of varied rehabilitation. I am so grateful to be back playing tennis and dancing again! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Best physio in the world in my eyes. I came to Isokinetic after this highly traumatic ankle fracture I sustained in Brunei. They have been the best medical professionals I have come across. Everything over there is highly organised and their team work / communication is top level. I wouldn't be where I am today with my ankle recovery without my physio Federico and my amazing doctor, Dr Chris Jones.

By far the best physio in London. They run 2 hour sessions which is far more productive and effective than other physios I've been to who tend to send you home after 30 minutes with a print out of things to do at home. The team at Isokinetic do it with you and push you much further than you would on your own at home. The facilities are also fantastic which helps! Great team, great place.

Fantastic set-up, staffed by brilliant people and run with a family atmosphere. Six weeks' physio here saved me from a shoulder op that would have taken me 6-9mths to recover from. I couldn't recommend too highly.

6 months ago I was highly recommended to Isokinetic London, I have been attending ever since, there have been huge improvements, my ability has grown as well as my belief in coming back to professional rugby.
Isokinetic London provide a very personable experience, a friendly and caring atmosphere and make you feel as though no two cases are the same which is highly important to me.
I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional, realistic and goal achieving recovery.
Without the help of Isokinetic, I genuinely feel that I would not be able to play again, so a bit Thank You to all the staff there.

I was referred to Isokinetic by one of the top's foot surgeons to sort out the (rare) problem with my foot. When they told me the 'plan' I was not happy as it is long but now, I can say nothing in London compares to Isokinetic. Dr Stride, all the physios and Leah the osteopath, they are all amazing. From pre-surgery to full recovery they were brilliant and left no stone unturned. I was able to return to playing football after a 10-month comprehensive, tailored rehabilitation programme.

ISOKINETIC in one word is EXCEPTIONAL. A team that cares.
I have known this clinic since Ali Bajwa and Richard Villar suggested I approach them for rehabilitation after having a double Hip Arthroscopy and micro fracture in 2013. Also more recently for a total hip replacement 8 weeks ago. The operations were quick but the recovery was supposed to be lengthy and Isokinetic not only got me back on my feet but much quicker than expected. They are a great team that care deeply.
No matter what anyone tells you, the journey after major surgery is rarely a straight trajectory - you have good days and then some slower days and the process can often be exhausting.
My continual impression of Isokinetic is not just the infinite expertise they have with peoples issues but the care and attention they apply on a moment by moment basis to each individual. They have kept me buoyed up in my darkest moments and have always managed to get the best results out of me in a session even if I am exhausted mentally or physically.
From the Hydro, Physio & Osteo team, Doctors, front desk or even Mike on the top deck these lovely people are inspirational in their own rights and go way beyond the usual expected scope of how you would expect patients to be helped in their recovery.
And I will be eternally grateful for all their support and vision in getting me back on my feet again!

Brilliant set-up in terms of Doctors and Physio team. Following a persistent knee injury I went to Isokinetic both pre and post a partial menisectomy with Dr Batty’s help we chose the most appropriate surgeon and with his and David’s brilliant guidance I was back competing for GB in Age Group Triathlon within 9 weeks! Many thanks for your guidance and setting a realistic rehabilitation programme.

Anyone looking for sports rehabilitation should consider Isokentic. Their unique approach to rehab is second to none and their clinic facilities are one of the best I have experienced in the many years of receiving treatment for various sports related injuries. Isokentic are results driven so you are formally assessed & then given a bespoke rehab programme with an associated time frame to recovery. From management, to the doctors and physiotherapists, to the front desk receptionists, you are treated with the best care from the minute you walk in the front door. Overall an excellent experience & I would recommend them without reservation.

I am a gallimaufry of muscular skeletal problems. International rower, boxer and outdoor enthusiast. I also have a motorbike and if I've had a dozen accidents I've had two.
At the age of 47, it would no exaggeration to say, that I have visited over 20 physio practices and Isokenetic stands out for a variety of reasons.
For example, how many times have I been asked to remain for another 15 minutes after a two hour plus session to do another exercise. This is in my experience unpresidented.

My osteopath recommended Isokinteic to me as I had had a recurring problem with my knee, since an operation a year earlier. Having previously found that other physio/rehabiltation clinics achieved disappointing and slow results, I have been hugely impressed by Isokinteic.
Isokinteic provide, both a first class and an unrivalled service, which has resulted in a much shorter rehabilitation time. I have really enjoyed the friendly and social atmosphere that one finds in this clinic.
The service provided is highly efficient and personable and all the staff are incredibly affable – nothing is too much trouble, going above and beyond where possible. This has resulted in a very enjoyable environment, which I found to be one of the key ingredients to a successful rehabilitation.
They are unique in the way they create a bespoke program for each patient, by using a mixture of physiotherapy, aqua therapy and on-field work. I have found this incredibly beneficial and this has definitely attributed to the speed of my recovery.
I can highly recommend Isokinetic to anyone and I think taking their whole offering into consideration, you would struggle to find a more results driven sports rehabilitation clinic.
Above all they have given me the confidence that I will be able to play competitive sport again and far sooner than I had ever envisaged. Big thank you to all the Isokinetic team!
