Bijan was great! He showed up at the time we asked (we went out to dinner after locking ourselves out) and helped us get back in to the flat in record time without damaging anything on the doors or locks. He was super friendly and kind. Giving us advice on the security of the locks and recommending what we should do next. Would definitely call him again if I needed any lock-related wizardry.

We were impressed with how quick the locksmith arrived, only 20 minutes since the call out. The whole process took another 10 minutes and we were in without our door being damaged. Bijan was efficient, professional and friendly. It made such a difference to our experience of being locked out. Also the cost didn’t change from what was promised in the call out. I needed a East London Locksmith to sort out my lock as it was not lining up with the latch. I looked online at other hackney locksmith companies but these guys provided a reasonable fixed rate over the phone. As soon as I called them, they said to send a video of my issue so they could see. Such a great idea. Straight after that they were at my house within 30 minutes. The guy came round, very polite, quick and efficient. And he cleaned the area as well once finished. The lock and latch working perfectly now. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their locks and latches sorting out. I will be definitely using them again. I had the please of Bijan coming to fix the front and back locks on our house when we had been left vulnerable to treespassing by inadequate estate agents in Leytonstone.
He was very helpful in explaining the options and did soke extra work on his own time when he seen the state of the door that the agency left us with.

Bijan was very responsive, kept us updated with ETA and was very quick to arrive. He had his work cut out for him with the original lock he was called out to repair being poorly installed but he was very patient, pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond to repair it and leave the lock and door in good working order. Cost was incredibly reasonable particularly as he was here for over an hour, far below what we thought it would cost. Would highly recommend.

We were locked out on a Monday evening after our lock failed. After calling up so many other Locksmiths in Hackney, The London Locksmith Provided us with the cheapest Qoute and was with us within 30 minutes and a new lock was fitted within 5 minutes. Brilliant. Wife and three small kids and we’d locked ourselves out of our home and it was cold and raining. Bijan introduced himself having arrived exactly when he said he would, sorted it in no time, no damage to the lock, totally professional and even knocked a fiver off the original quote. I called this establishment as I was unable to lock my door. After waiting on the line for about 20 seconds Bijan picked up. He asked me to send a video of what is happening via WhatsApp which I think is a great idea. After I sent the video he gave me a quote for the service and explained what needs to be done briefly. I think this is a great alternative to a locksmith showing up and doing the job and then demanding a crazy amount, this way you know what you expect. Bijan showed up within 30 minutes and he was very professional and quick. He also helped us clean the floors with a dustpan after he was done. All in all this place seems like a very professional establishment with a stress free service and would recommend it to be used!

London Locksmiths came out late on a Sunday evening to repair a broken Yale lock for my elderly mother. The technician was very friendly and professional and did a great job replacing the lock, he also went the extra mile realigning her Chubb lock and adjusting the door which was sticking and making it difficult for her to open. Locked out of my home. Bijan arrived within 30 mins with constant ETA updates. My lock was a strange one which was difficult to pick, resulting in a longer than expected time, including replacing the lock.
Bijan was professional throughout, also provided the new lock for free with no additional charges to the long time taken and new lock. He also wore a mask at all times.
No scams and bullsh-t which you may experience with other locksmiths. Came fully prepared with all required tools

Locksmith came out, charged us £159. Demanded it was paid immediately over the phone (was for a tenant). We paid. Then John the locksmith called back and said he didn't say that was with VAT so had to top up. He then opened the door. Called back and said it was an extra £100 to give the tenant a key.
The most unprofessional business. Telephone rings aboard and the company were hanging up on us. Left our door open the whole night. No one would discuss the matter with us.
