I am so happy to have found The London Locksmith in such a difficult situation. They had the most competitive quote and once arriving at the job all promises were kept. The price was fixed as agreed on the phone initially. The engineer was one of the most pleasant professional and honest trades people I have ever had on my property and I cannot recommend The London Locksmith highly enough. Professional from start to finish. From the moment of call out to arrival I dont know how he did it but it was in 15 minutes. If all tradespeople came like TLL our great citys heartbeat would be a lot more at peace!

Amazing, quick, honest and knowledgeable service.
My key broke in my lock late this evening and I called this company after being badly let down by the first results you get when you google.
I wasn’t sure what lock I had so to clarify before they came, they asked for a picture of the lock so they could give an accurate quote.
When they arrived they got me in on less time than it took you to read this sentence. He explained exactly what was wrong with my existing lock (the cylinder had failed and other problems I didn’t know about) and gave me choices about the new one.
He then fitted the new one at two in the morning so quietly that not only were my neighbours not disturbed. It was barely audible in the living room next door.
He was polite, friendly and left no mess. I was in a difficult situation and they were second to none. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent professional service and clear pricing.

Called another company, they came out and tried with a card 3 times, said he couldn't pick the lock because it was a 6 pin lock and had to drill it. Called The London Locksmith they said they can unlock my door without damaging it, he came and picked the lock in 2minutes straight. He was friendly and explained everything, a great service and had his license - professional and great at his job. Thanks!!!

Go to locksmiths in the Canary Wharf area. I had a small window to install a lock before travelling on Saturday and Bijan was extremely professional, honest and transparent throughout. I cannot recommend their services enough, with the manufacturer open to providing me all the information and comfort I needed even before I agreed to purchase. Beautiful, friendly human being!

Eventually they opened the door and replace it and taught me how to make sure this doesn’t happen again. They are professional and kind, they even charge very reasonably. I rang a few locksmiths to help me get into my flat after coat and keys were stolen from the pub. These guys wee the only company that gave an upfront quote and didn’t pre warn that the lock may need drilled and replaced. Professional service, came within half an hour and unlocked the door with no damage. Checked my drivers license for ID before unlocking! Highly recommend! Thanks heaps!
