My London Locksmith

I called these guys up as my key has broken inside the lock. Locksmith arrived within half an hour. He said the price to replace the cylinder is £75 and Labour is £50. I was fine with the Labour cost but though £75 just for a cylinder was really high. He changed it and I paid him. I then though to check the price of the exact same cylinder the Versa Euro double Action cylinder, online and many outlets sell them from around £11.99 to £13.95. I was shocked to learn of this so decided to query this high cost with their office, they were quite rude and tried to explain it away by saying well we provide a warranty on the parts but the parts are always warranty covered by the manufacturer the £50 I paid for Labour should cover that. So in reality the warranty costs 6 times more than the cost of the parts you purchase from them, REALLY?? Don’t use these guys as they are ripoff merchants once they have your money they are not interested in customer service. A very dishonest outfit I have to say!!!
