I definitely would recommend this company! They have been fast, efficient and professional. Even if they found out that to replace my bathroom lock was more tricky than expected, they stayed as long as needed (almost 3 hours despite was an In&Out call! I'm still amazed about their service!), explaining every technical detail about what they were doing and why, and always with a smile!

My front door lock broke ..
I rang up and found the young man to be helpful ,extremely efficient and the customer service was fantastic..
He arrived at my property promptly and my lock was repaired in no time at all..
He also has very competitive rates compared to other greedy locksmiths I rang.
Some were almost double the price..
Will use again but hopefully no time soon ????

I would strongly recommend this company. Bijan was extremely helpful, courteous and reliable. We had door locked replaced under 2 hours. Ali was very efficient and went beyond just replacing the lock, he took time to reposition the keyhole cover.... in addition, price is very reasonable.

Great, honest, responsible, and extremely nice locksmiths who do not charge an arm and a leg for late night call outs! Bijan and Ali did a fantastic job and fixed my UPVC door lock mechanism and handle which the last locksmith broke and charged me more for than they did coming out on a late night call out and 2 follow-up trips to bring newly ordered parts. I really highly recommend you call and use them, very honest, trustworthy and inexpensive for the high level of service they provide.

Bijan offered amazing customer service. When I called, he came right away--within 35 min--to fix our broken lock. Our gate is ancient and quite rusted, so Bijan spent quite a bit of time fiddling with it, to get it right. When I went to pay, I was expecting to pay more, given he spent about an hour fitting it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the rate he quotes when you call, is what you pay, bonus! In the end, the lock is perfect and Bijan did a fantastic job. If you are looking for an honest and friendly locksmith, I would strongly recommend these guys. Thank you for you time and hard work!

BEST LOCKSMITH IN LONDON (Bijan)! I locked myself out and called him around 11pm, he arrived 20 minutes later and opened the door easily in 3 seconds! I was able to pay by card, he checked that I lived in the flat to be sure and sent me a receipt!
He made me send him a picture of the lock via whatsapp and texted with me giving me updates on his way to me!
Before that, I called LOCKSMITH247 and DR LOCKSMITH and they wanted to charge me 400 POUNDS! They tried to convince me that my lock was too secure and had to be broken and replaced by a new lock with 3 new keys!!!!!! They wasted 3 hours of my valuable time and The London Locksmith came and fixed it in less than 30 min!!! I should have called him in the first place, but these big companies are SCAMS and have SPONSORED ADS that make you click on them. NEVER USE DR LOCKSMITH OR LOCKSMITH247 they will charge you 4X the Price!!! I only paid 89 Pounds with The London Locksmith (300 pounds less than the two other companies who I sent away that came before), he was professional, fast, friendly and a live saver who doesn't take advantage of desperate clients!! 5 STAR SERVICE
