We used this service today. The locksmith did the job quickly and efficiently, but the cost was at least 3 times what we were quoted on the phone and when we tried to discuss it he was aggressive and did not take time to explain the job in any detail, or give us the opportunity to explore other options. It was a really unpleasant experience to pay £300 for. I understand charges for emergency services can be high but we were really disappointed in the customer service.

Great service. We had locked ourselves out of our house in the evening. The locksmith was there in 10 minutes! He was very friendly and when the lock appeared a bit more difficult, he had back-up arrive soon too. The two of them opened the lock in 5 mins without any damage! Would recommend 10/10

Bijan is a life-saver. He managed to get to my place in under 30 minutes, he had every conceivable locksmith tool and worked skillfully to get me back into my home. While he was here he also fixed the bottom lock and gave me tips on lock maintenance. This guy seriously knows what he's doing, really put me at ease (and my neighbours!) and at a great price. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

He was very friendly and polite, put me at ease, and offered what I thought was a fair quote. He got to us within 20-30 minutes, despite extensive road closures around my place due to a marathon, and without any complaints. He turned a terrible morning into a pleasant day. Thank you!

The engineer Bijan came to repair a patio door lock that wasn't closing properly - was an excellent job that needed quite alot of work and communicated about the issues and the price well throughout.
Came promptly as well and the price was reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Did the classic of changing the lock barrel and not changing the key I carry around with me...so resulted in being locked out. A quick call, and an hour later Bijan turned up to sort the problem. Sorted in minutes, with some extra help with my new lock too. Brilliant service and a very nice guy.

I have locked my self for the third time outside my house. The two previous locksmith i used to call gave me a quote of 60 £ by phone, yet charged me 250-270£ and to replace the current lock with an identical one.
Today (Christmas day) I called this company as the other one was closed. The locksmith came Within an hour (note that its a festive day) opened the door without damage ( which had the identical lock as previous one) and opened it in 3 seconds. 100£ charge in an emergency case on christmas day. After all the anger by locking myself out, at least this company did its job effectively and without outrageous prices like the others. Very happy for its service and very helpful locksmith.

There’s a lot of locksmiths on Google. Some of them are good, most of them aren’t. A lot of them don't care about their customers and charge ridiculous fees for sub standard work. These guys are different. Super responsive, 100% reliable and absolutely focused on doing a great job. The prices are extremely reasonable too, but the thing that stands out is the old school customer service. Don’t go anywhere else - call Bijan and his team.

Very pleased with the service. I just bought a property and needed to replace 3 locks (front door, bedroom and shed in the garden). I asked for a quote and arranged a day/time. The locksmith arrived on time, did an amazing job very quickly. I was charged exactly what was quoted which was pretty cheap. The quality of the job done for the price charged is an excellent value for money. The locksmith was also very friendly so I can only recommend this company !
