Great service. The Vodafone staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Vodafone IT system is slow and antiquated thus it takes time to undertake the most simple of admintasks. Don't blame the staff.

Strange for a shop in the heart of the city to open late 09 30 ??
Staff very helpful but deals are not the same as other stores I have been into.
Not sure why that may be.
I definately was offered better deals at vodaphone stores else where away from city of London. May be worth shopping around.

Had a very poor experience here just trying to pick up a new SIM card (which everything online tells you to do).
The main issue is that being the only central London store for some distance, it is far too small and understaffed to cope at lunch time with busy people trying to get stuff done.
Only having lunch time to sort my issue I had to try twice just to be able to speak to a member of staff. To be fair, the chap that worked there was great - it just seems the staff are being let down by the closure of another store near Liverpool St and being put under too much pressure to pick up the extra demand without additional resource.

Very long waiting time, understaffed. In the 25min I waited to talk to someonesaw at least 10 people just gave up. And.then, I had to call customer services!!!! They couldn't help me.

Far too busy. Takes ages upto 1 hour to be served. They operate an appointment service. Took me 3 separate visits to be served. Staff told me this was a 'flagship ' store. Considering it is in the heart of The City of London, the store definitely does not Live upto its status that it thinks it is. Not enough staff to look after high end clientele.
