Onvoorstelbaar! Mijn neus hangt er net nog aan. Onvriendelijk is bijzonder zacht uitgedrukt. Zuchten, blazen, snauwen. Het duurde 10 telefoontjes alvorens ze opnamen. 'Informatie geven wij niet. U moet dat maar zoeken op internet. Alles is te vinden op internet. Wat wilt u eigenlijk van ons.'
