It is convenient to pick up bits and bobs. could be better, the layout if more organised. Especially during this Covid-19, 1 way system not so practical at here compared with B&Q . Example: the aisle a bit narrow.

The store was all laid out adequately to comply with covid but the queue to pay to pay took longer than one might have expected. They did notice and doubled the number of open pay points after a while. So longer delays to pay is the issue to be sorted
