Good shop, has plenty of choice for home DIY including outdoor and indoor plants, paint, power tools, in and outdoor furniture. They also have moving boxes and packaging materials.
I find prices can be a little high for some items like small packets of screws but the quality is sound.

It was very hot and we needed a fan however we went into this branch of homebase as they were the only ones that had the cooling fan according to their website only for us to get there and we were told their website was not always up to date. Wasted journey, also called before hand and no one bothered to pick up the phone.

What can you say. Homebase is convenient but pricy. It's ok for paints but there is far better value elsewhere. Toolstation etc. It's fine for some things in one place. It's more of a three point 5 stars
