If i could give zero stars I would. Hammonds customer service is terrible. We booked with them as they promised an installation date, found out days before this was not available and had to wait till mid October. Informed them we are on vacation and won't be contactable till we are back, so Hammonds decided to email and sms us the payment details handily on the date they required payment, meaning we missed installation. Now they can't install for another 8 weeks AND want to charge storage costs, absolute jokers. I am stuck with this company but hope others do not make the same mistake and do not use their 'services'. Anyone else will be a million times better, trust me.
