I planned a memorial and unveiling service for Aug 30. The marker was delivered 4 weeks before. I went on monday 1 week before and the marker was not placed. The cemetery said they did not know it was there. Then they said that it was black and the group only wanted grey. I contacted the group and they said any color was OK. On Tuesday morning everything was straightened out and they said it would be done. I went today Friday Aug 28 and still no marker. When I spoke to the office I was told they had not even made a service record to have it placed. Have to cancel the service.
