Nippon had the parts I desperately needed to get my car back on the road and they went out of their way to help by sending the parts directly to the garage doing the work.
Emails were answered promptly and a small problem got dealt with quickly and effectively.
I don't usually write reviews, but felt it only fair to reward good service this time.

Very impressed with this Company.. Excellent Staff swiftly delivered the right part, at the right price, and this power steering pump is now fitted and working in my beloved HONDA Motorhome. It cost 15% of the price of a new one ! Well done NIPPON AUTO SPARES !

Exceptional service and very friendly and helpful staff. Was offered a great deal on a Bi-xenon Headlight for a Mazda 6. Headlight was in excellent condition, complete with all mounting brackets wiring and also the ballast for the xenons. Headlight was in stock onsite.

Acheter une boîte de vitesse de subaru à 1700 euros, au final vitesses qui passe quand ils veulent grosse fuite d'huile, ne réponds pas au mail.. Vraiment dessus je pensé avoir la qualité, c'est loin d'être le cas !

Voila enfin une gros soucis qui fini bien... .
J'ai du changer mon moteur sur ma Mazda MX5 NC, ils m'ont envoyé un premier moteur HS, Ils n'ont pas chercher, ils m'ont renvoyer un autre moteur qui à eu des soucis de segments collé (Rien de grave), Je rapporte mon expérience avec eux car j'en suis plus que satisfais le SAV est juste digne de recevoir un oscar ils sont très réactif. aimable et parle couramment le Français et l'espagnol :p

Buen trato, gente formidable, seriedad y atencion. Compre hace bastante tiempo un motor de 3sgte mr2 rev3 y ha la hora de instalarlo faltaba el volante de motor, me lo enviaron sin ningún cargo y eso que había pasado bastante tiempo.
Sin duda volvere a confiar en ellos para los recambios de mis coches japoneses. Os lo recomiendo enormemente.
