Total rip-off. My usual car park was closed, so I decided to tried this one when I saw the price at the entrance: around £2/hour. Except that it's only for their app users, and there is a slighty less visible price for normal users. That I understood at the end, when I needed to pay £17 for 2h15.
£17 for 2h15 in the evening, I can find a cheaper car park in central London... Even with this price tag, the car park doesn't even feel safe and is really dirty.
No wonder why there are only a few cars above the small first floor.
Only good point, you are 1 minute from the beach, but not worth it.

Given the amount of money NCP charge they should at least try and make it safe for their clients. It looks like a junkies playground, needles and paraphernalia scattered around outside and inside the stair wells. YOUR PROFITS MUST BE HUGE, CLEAN THE PLACE UP AND MAKE IT SAFE, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

Eye wateringly expensive - £32 for anything over 5 hours which is a day out in Brighton. Still, less than the train would be for a family, and more convenient. 6-7 minutes walk to Sea Life and the pier. It was clean. I only wish the sign to register with their app was displayed BEFORE you drive in, as that saves you money! But you need to have an account ready before you enter.

downloading app was a complete scam. offered massive savings 3hours £6 which is good. but over 4 hours £18!! please explain that! never using again. they over charge people the longer they stay. 5 hours £28! even with discount app.

Just back from the Brighton Centre having my Covid jab.......all the people so pleasant and so quick.......BUT what a bloody rip off £6 for 20 mins in the NCP Russell St. car park. They refused to negotiate!
I later found out there is a free hour, set up by the NHS, in the Churchill Square Orange Car Park.
No signs or info there that I could see. That would be very helpful, especially before the entrance to the stupidly expensive, nearest one. Spread the word to boycott them!

Great location but no spaces available on the Sunny weekend just gone. Waited in the queue for an hour outside but eventually gave up. Parked few streets down the road which was permit-holders only; happily paid the PCN penalty which was £35 which is pretty much the same as parking at NCP. Shouldn't have wasted my precious hour stuck with kids in the car.

How bad is this. . Just paid £17 for 3 hours parking. . No wonder your car park was empty. . You need us to know about the app BEFORE we park. . You have the info on your payment machines when it's too late. . If you have the info somewhere else , it's not obvious or BIG enough. I am so furious. . I will never ever park in an NCP CARPARK again. . I will spread the word. . I am so angry

Make sure you download the NCP parkwise App B4 you drive into it. Three times the price if you don’t. Extortionate and not enough time to download and sign up as you arrive if you don’t use NCP regularly.
Parking spaces small and turning circles tight, not a car park to go in your larger family cars if you are a nervous driver or are concerned for your paintwork.

It's a car park, pricy but then it is convenient to a town center. Get the app before you visit and it's a bit cheeper and the most significant thing the stairs didn't stink of piss.

Loads of parking on multiple levels, and it's ideally placed to get into the city, however it is outrageously priced. Borderline extortionate. Anything longer than 5 hours was £32 I'll give that it's safe and secure parking though

Can only get a small discount if you have the app before entering the car park.. doesn't seem reasonable. The car park itself was nothing special would expect my car to be washed and waxed for that much! Would have been cheaper to park in London...

Conveniently located, but paying £32 for a carpark, after a lovely day in Brighton was a very nasty surprise. Much cheaper with the app, but you have to have it BEFORE you enter the car park. Total rip off!

Extremely over priced!! Wasn't even parked for 2 hours was charged £12.00 !! Yet nowhere on the proce list did it have any length of hours for £12 im sure the machine chooses what you pay out of a hat! The poor guy on the machine next to me had a bill for £32.00 and wasnt even parked for 6 hours!! How this is allowed is madness!

Most ridiculously expensive parking, £32 for anything over 5 hours, much better to go to Brighton Marina parking, it's free for 2 hours. Aside from the price the parking bays are too small and it's difficult to turn in to a lot of the bays unless you're driving a polo or smart car.

OK this car park is super expensive, so if you’re looking for cheap parking, this is the wrong place.
However Monday to Friday they have an early bird offer.
Just make sure you get into the car park early.
The car park, has to be on of the cleanest and safest in Brighton.
Also the staff are extremely nice.

Make sure you get the app before using this car park. The prices arw astonomical, turnwd up saw the charge had a car behind me so had no option but to takw the ticket. Downloaded the app for the diacount price but it needs to be shown before entry.
I dont know why it cost so much more for a ticket.
If like me and you dont know about this you probably have already been charged the inflated rate and feel ripped off.
I asked for a refund and was told the t and c wherenon the website, how are you supposed to read those while driving around looking for a car park.
Dont use.

Good location, but incredibly expensive compared to my normal rural parking.
It looks very secure with cameras on the entrance and also in the car park which meant I was comfortable leaving the car overnight.
The hotel I stayed in had a discount scheme which meant 18hrs of parking was £18, instead of £33.

Worst car park I've ever used. Spaces are so close together there's literally inches to open your door. When you do find a space it's likely to have a pillar at the end.
