It's a car park. Not too expensive. But watch out: punch your reg number into the machine correctly or you you'll be hit with a fine. Don't overstay by a second; the number plate recognition system takes no prisoners. Pay for the extra time before you leave!

Awful!! Anyone who uses this place is a risk of a fine because companies like this are a complete menace. Also there's virtually no way to contact them if one has an issue or wants to enquire about anything.
Ive yet to hear a single person that would recomend it. Avoid!

I use the this car park when attending Worthing Wormhole Comicon. I book and pay online on the app , that's it. £6 all day . Never had a problem . Drive in, park... drive out later.

Very expensive to park since NCP have taken over (aka the Mafia) used to be £1 per hour.
Machines do not give change not do you get extra time for the money you put in. I didn't want to give them £1.20 (I only had £2 coins) for nothing so I left. I then receive a fine for not paying the parking fee.
I appealed explaining the situation. I don't think they even bothered to read it.
I have given then one star only because I'm unable to give no stars!

DO NOT EVER, NEVER EVER USE THIS CAR PARK. Unless you like paying £100 to park for an hour. Number plate recognition and the purposely most confusing machine designed specifically to confuse and raise more fines!!!!
Apparently unlike all other number plate recognition car parks apparently its a pay first and guess your time car park but with the same style machines as the other ones where you pay for the time used at the end. So I paid as usual at the end of my stay and paid whatever the machine told me £1.50 I think for about an hour an a half. Somehow its now legal for ncp to charge me a £100 fine. WHAT A GROUP OF ABSOLUTE BANDITS!! We need a change in law so these people cannot continue to extort the public. I am going to start a petition to the government to restrict this ridiculous fining policy. Details to follow...

Three months after parking here got a £60 PCN saying I hadn't paid, I know I had but who keeps a paper ticket for 3 months just in case! No choice but to pay. Too worried to park here now.

Whatever you do- do NOT park here, and give these people money. Myself and my partner have both encountered incidients with this place. They wrongly accused me of not paying my parking charge- although I had. I was stressed and worked up about it, only to receive an email back from them apologising for the mistake. My partner has had to fork out £160 for parking here for 10 mins to drop something off to me! Nothing got resolved, just causes unecessary stress and worry!!!! Money grabbing!!!!

If I could have given no stars I would have. There are three other large car parks in Worthing town centre with number plate recognition. When you park in these car parks, you enter your number plate when returning to your car and the machine tells you how much to pay. I assumed the Connaught Theatre car park was the same as it says number plate recognition on the signs. But oh no it’s not!! Went to the theatre, came back and entered my number plate into the machine. Couldn’t work out what was going on as the machine wasn’t doing what I expected as per the Guildbourne, TK Maxx or bowling alley car parks. Very confusing and no doubt I will get a hefty fine as I couldn’t work out what I was meant to do. Won’t use again!!

This is £1.70 an hour whilst the council ones are £1 an hour. This car park inflicts heafty penalty charges if you fail to guess in advance how long you might be, whereas the council car parks charge for what you use when you leave. Personally I'd use the council car park. I'd rather support them (or almost anyone for that matter) than NCP.

Disabled drivers beware! Not obvious there is a charge for the Disabled Parking Places. You get stung with a hefty £60 charge. That is if you pay within 14 days, otherwise it is £100! And they are not understanding!!
