Amazing experience, you can really feel the difference how Microsoft changed. Live DJ, McLaren connected with Xbox for racing and plenty of things to do for kids and childish adults. Love the concept and definitely recommend

Very friendly staff. If you've got problems with your Microsoft device, book an appointment and have the team fix it. Many floors to visit and a 1:1 scale car to drive on the ground floor. I think you need to book that as well.

the shop is nice and was seen quickly. the problem with my surface pro was diagnosed. had to pay £89 for a replacement pen. I would not recommend a surface pro. unreliable and expensive product and had problems with it right from the start of its 4 year life.

Brilliant staff, very helpful! Plenty of products in there other than Microsoft, like Samsung and Razer. Please note that there is no available toilet for the general public/shoppers.

I was really surprised to see all kind of different gadgets microsoft had to offer. On top of that, place is super clean and comfortable, staff is brilliant very well mannered. One of them showed me about that Surface books and I enjoyed the experience. Definitely worth a visit.

Really good and worth a visit. Hands on opportunities with so many things with knowledgeable staff.
A games room to allow you to play on xboxs and gaming pcs with no cost.
Also a nice sports car simulator was there to have a try too.
We popped in to have a nosey but ended uo being in there over an hour.
Well worth a look in!

If you want to go and play with MS products then this is a fun loud place to go. Unfortunately Microsoft have duplicated the Apple Store philosophy and the 'service centre' is behind layers of young / hip / disinterested staff and is likely to make you regret ever buying Microsoft hardware. So long Surface but this is the end.

Went up to the space where Xbox tournaments are held. It was fun playing fifa, while the nephews played Fortnite. There is plenty of screens. The rest of the store is nice too. Very clean fun people around. The car in front is a nice touch.
