I can honestly say, the service we received from 64TEQ was incredible! There are loads of I.T. and tech suppliers in the world and they'll all supply essentially the same kit. What they don't all do is give the level of thought, the level of care and the personal service that 64TEQ provide.

I would highly recommend 64Teq for any business tech needs, at the beginning of Covid-19 we needed an order of 100+ devices to allow our business to move towards smooth remote working. No other supplier was able to obtain the devices in a timely manner for us, however 64Teq did and for a good price also!

Absolutely amazing team at 64TEQ. Adhered to the requirements exactly and even assisted on a few issues which popped up along the project which weren't in scope. They are very knowledgeable and turned the project around within half the amount of time expected. The quality of work is second to none and documentation provided was thorough in-depth and frankly the best i've received from an IT company. Would highly recommend 64TEQ for any IT work. I had security implementations done to our o365 environment and a virtualisation project completed by these guys! Amazing once again.

Was pleasantly surprised that a Director took on my request, provided very consultative advice and also a high value package for our multi faceted business needs. Installation and delivery and all wrap around consulting was smooth and quick and when we had a hardware problem, the same person owned the issue and the kit was swapped in and out within 24 hours. It's unusual to find a VAR where the V actually means something. A big well done to Bandish, Michelle and the team. We will be back and so will our supply chain and customers.

My relationship with 64TEQ has been ongoing for many years now throughout many of the roles I have been in.
The team are more than just your average sales team. They take the time to understand your business; what works well, what doesn't work so well and then offer tailored solutions to fit (such as handling warranty returns so you don't have to worry about it).
They don't just sell kit, it's more than that; although the prices are very competitive and they always manage to ship incredibly quickly (same/next day without even batting an eylid)!
It's also about the advice and support that they provide. Even if I don't actually buy anything, they are always at hand to offer help and guidance....there is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
I would happily recommend 64TEQ to any organisation looking for an IT services/supply partner.
