Bought 3 very specific hard drives I needed, and paid for next day delivery - as I was flying abroad. Spoke to them on the phone to confirm I would have them in time, and I was promised I would. I explained how urgent it was. The drives never came. And as it was a weekend - there was no one to speak to, or to help. No phone, no email. No one. Never experienced service like it. Was it a one off? No. I previously ordered a drive from them 6 weeks ago. Two days later, after placing the order, they emailed to say it wasn't in stock. Unfortunate theme...

I purchased a case for an iPad that I use for work and I waited almost 2 weeks and the package never arrived. I kept asking about the order and finally they said they will be sending a 2nd one, as an urgent order. Of course this didn't arrive and they said they had issues with their stock due Brexit (?) Why you offer a 2nd order if you just said you had a problem with your stock? Anyway, go figure. I don't recommend this business.

This company should be avoided like the plague. Shocking customer service, spent £7k with them and when we had problems with the unit there was NOBODY who wanted to help. I could write a book on how BAD this company is, but thankfully google is there so I can warn other potential customers not to go through the same awful experience that we did. Anyone call sell a box, but when things go wrong you hope for help from the supplier, they simply didn't want to know. Even spoke to Jacob - customer services director who didn't return calls or in the end, want to help. We were left high and dry. Thankfully CVP were around to help and have been outstanding. Jigsaw 24's service is as bad as the interior decor at their Nottingham office. I WILL NEVER use this company again and anyone thinking of buying from them should seriously think twice.

If you are debating whether or not to get your Mac fixed here or an Apple Store, let me help you out: Jigsaw24 is amazing. Rang them at 2pm. They came and picked up my MacBook. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the part. Part fitted by 12pm the next day and returned to me by 1pm. The whole thing took less than 24h. And to think, every other time previously, I'd wait up till midnight refreshing the Apple Store Genius Bar appointments page waiting to battle through the crowds, only to be without my machine for 3-5 days. Did I mention, all this was free? Covered under warranty -- including the pickup and return. Jigsaw24 will be my go to place from now on. Amazing.

Don't even try to go there. The only response to any question is "no". They don't want to do their job, don't know how to do their job and certainly don't know how to deal with human beings. Will perform a service for you once and then pretend they don't offer that service at all. Garbage

Macbook 12" needed a new logic board. They said it would take 3/4 days, it took 2. No waiting around in the shop. Friendly, professional - you actually meet the technicians, which is reassuring. For Mac repairs I won't go anywhere else now, having brought three here over the last couple of years. I used to purchase music gear from them in a previous job - always has been a reliable well-run company. iPhones they have to send away, so the miserable apple store is still the best place to go for them, unfortunately.

Jigsaw24 are a good dealer and wide range of products including AVID Got my Media Composer and Protools licenses from them. They also sell a wide range of Apple products and soon as I get some spare change purchase an iMac 27inch from them. They are really friendly and apparently have taken on the AVID S6 dealership for the high end professional equipment. Really good and know a lot of the Pro video guys who use them. Also they do a lot of "open evenings" which are very useful if you need to go and meet some of the manufacturers representatives. Top quality Professional level dealer

Great experience here. My MacBook Pro's keyboard stopped working; they were very upfront about what would be involved in fixing it and how long it would take, and fixed it faster than they originally estimated, all under warranty. Update: same issue returned (problem is with the hardware, not their previous work), and once again these guys were absolutely fantastic - dealt with it quickly and professionally and have good advice about how to prevent/manage future issues. Really can't recommend enough.

Purchase a USB C Mulit Port. The product is broken upon receiving it. It does not work as it suppose to. I was told they will replace a new one but after a week no calls no emails. I gave them a call and was told that Satechi USB C Mulit port cant be use to charge my laptop or phone. Well, so asked for a refund and what other brands do they have was told that they will call me later in the day. No respond again. Fine... I had enough. I call up for a refund asked when do I received a refund. AGAIN... told to wait and they will call back or email me. So now, no respond again. Will I want to purchase anything from them again? No. Poor customer service.
