We have been working with Pioneer Solutions for the best part of 5 years now and are really pleased with the service that Zamir, Zain and the Team provide. With services like IT there are always things that come up that need to be sorted, hence 4 stars and not 5. However, we're very pleased with the speed of response and the determination that they demonstrate to resolve any issues that do arise. A business like ours does not have the resource to have an IT dept or even IT lead, so Pioneer offer an invaluable service and are able to provide all that we need. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I can easily recommend Pioneer to anyone requiring a good IT solution to their business needs. Pioneer have given us great advice on our hardware and software needs, networking and security. They are always available and if they don't know the answer, they know how to find the answer. They communicate with our other software contractors, whether that is EPOS, Accounts, Clocking in, Weighing scales so any computer upgrade is made without any fear of losing data and have been brilliant at migrating all our horrible phones from a multitude of service providers to a single telephony system which is easy and straightforward to use.....
