This store is the worst Asda store I've been to. It's shelf are always empty the staff are rude patronising unhelpful and even attack you. I had a horrible experience with my twenty month year old granddaughter. It was so bad I'm now having to take the incident further. I'm still totally upset the way they are dealing with it this matter. It has made me so low and down how a store like Asda can have people like this working there. It's an awful store as I said.

The goods are reasonably cheap but the staffs are awfully very poor in customer services. Some merchandisers doesn't even know much of the products I asked or did I used different accent? The uniform slogan "Happy to Help" is too absorbed and abused to every sense of meaning. Though the location is right at the heart of financial capital hub of london, The level of management of its services in all areas are at the bottom of its pit. It needs total customer service revolutions. Interior lightings are dull and bored, it needs strategically fresh lively lighting designs and need fresh lively staffs who knows how to interact, communicate, relate to general customers regardless of its background. But I still go there to buy my own cheaper fruits and vegs.

I shop there often, also right next to mudcute city farm, so if want nice walk to the store get of mudcute DLR and cross over and then though turn stall and then follow any path around farm until reach other end then walk down some steps into ASDA carpark.
