After applying for over 100 roles and dealt with a number of agencies I can safely say Jodie is one of the best people I have dealt with in recruitment, hands down.

So I have been with huntress for a little while as my job is very specific. I can honestly hand on heart say they are the ONLY recruitment agency I have full faith in. I am with about 7 and have heard hardly anything from the others or sent to interviews that weren't suitable... The girls at huntress to name a few Heidi, Jodie and Rachel have been so supportive finding me constant temp work to keep me going and eventually found me my dream job with no messing about in between. They have also been my little ventilators letting me vent when I am stressed !
Please if you're looking and feeling down about the current situation give them a shout !!

Louis contacted me in regards to a wonderful temporary role which i was interviewed and placed as soon as possible. I’ve been working closely with Jodie and she was the one who also helped me to find a new job in 2012. When a help was needed this time, Jodie replied swiftly and in no time we met to discuss positions and jobs I might be interested this time. Huntress have been wonderful to me, especially during these difficult times. Heidi and Jodie have managed to successfully secure me a new position during the outbreak and for that I am so grateful as many are unfortunately out of work.
Both are so personable and attentive. Even after my placement they have continued to go above and beyond to check in on a daily basis. I’m new to Brighton and they have made me feel very welcome, they’ve even gone out of their way to provide recommendations on the local area.

Heidi was absolutely amazing with helping me with a job search. Very encouraging and was always on the end of the phone or email if I had any questions. She went out her way to have a meeting with me before the interview to help me prepare and to reassure me with any worries I would have.

Highly recommended. I worked with Louis who recommended me for a role very quickly, he did all the back and forth work between the employer and myself, offered guidance and advice on the interview process and even called after the interview to see how it went. I am now in that role. Most importantly it was a role that fitted my skills and career path exactly, not just a role he thought I'd be good at like some agencies I've used in the past.

I have been registered with Huntress for nearly two years, and they are the only recruitment agency that I have been able to build a good relationship with. They respond to emails, return calls and are always very helpful. I have had at least three placements through them and they have also done their best to accommodate my, often random availability. I genuinely feel they actively try and find placements for me, unlike other recruitment agencies where I have found after registration I never hear from them again! Highly recommend.

I have been signed up to Huntress for just over a year. Working mainly with Jodie and more recently Heidi, I can not fault the communication and level of work they put in to finding me work. I have had some great placements and made some great contacts through them. Not only have Jodie and the team found me work pretty much constantly they match me to roles they know are of interesting to me as well as what the client needs which to me is really important.
I always recommend Huntress to others looking for work but also companies I know who use agencies. Being signed up to few agencies I can honestly say Huntress is by far the best in Brighton.

I joined Huntress after an unsatisfying experience with Reed. Found this company friendly, passionate and the experience deeply rewarding. I'd been a temp for three years and they were the best and most helpful people/company I've found.
Heidi found me work, a long term placement, as soon as I walked into their office! Then when that was coming to a close she found me an interview for a permanent job, with a wonderful company that I'm currently with.
I also loved the fact that instead of penalizing you for not using your occured holiday, they pay you for the holiday time you didn't take once the job has finished.
I highly recommend this company, and if I ever needed to go back to temping they'll be the people I'll be going to!

I work as a Team Manager for an MSP in Brighton and recently placed a candidate from Huntress. I have worked mainly with Louis, who has made regular contact through out our recruitment and sent me sensible CVs. Also Huntress does appear to be a very different recruiter compared to others I have dealt with. I haven't felt 'pushed' by them or felt like my decisions were letting them down. I found their approach to be a breath of fresh air and a complete contrast to other recruiters. I do recommend Huntress to anyone who is recruiting.
