I received an invitation to an interview. Unfortunately prior to attending I was given misleading advice from the recruiting agency which conflicted with what the company advised when I arrived. At the end of the interview I called the agency lady to let her know and said because of this I do not wish to proceed with the process. A week later the same lady called me to give me feedback following the interview. When I again reminded her of what I was advised she became very defensive and contradicted herself even to the point she started arguing and even my partner over heard the conversation and couldn’t quite believe it. Not at all professional. Office Angels advise they pride themselves with a level of service that goes above and beyond for their clients as well as candidates. This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered in my career. I hope they appreciate the feedback as they need to ensure they are honest and clear with their communications and treat people with respect they deserve

The team are amazing! Lucy and Kim are so friendly and understanding. Always answer their phone and work so hard. Have recommended them to friends who have also been placed in roles which have then become permanent. They have your best interest at heart and will go above and beyond to place you in the right job role.

You really do feel that they have your best interests at heart and will do their utmost to match you up with the right role for you. I have worked for Office Angels for around 10 years on and off and they have always delivered. They are so helpful and find really well paid work. My latest job they found within 2 days for me, I had an interview and was working there the following week. I now have a contract with them. I had the best experience with Kat at Office Angels. She was so kind and warm the moment I walked in to the office. We sat and discussed what I was looking for and what I was definitely not looking for. Kat listened to everything and made it so easy to find my perfect job.
Whilst I was there Kat had a role that she thought would be perfect for me. Kat made the whole process so easy and I am so happy knowing everyday I wake up and go to my perfect job! Contacted OA when looking for a new job. I received a call after about a week from Kat, proposing a position. I advised her that the position she pitched was a considerable paycut for me and regardless of how it really sounded appealing, I wasn't sure it was realistic financially. I asked regarding another role I'd seen at the same company which was slightly more senior and better suited to me. She told me that particular role was now filled, but she would double check and let me know. She also mentioned she'd email me over the originally discussed job spec regardless, for my input in case I changed my mind.
I never heard back after putting the phone down. A week later, another recruiter got me in for an interview for the supposedly filled role. Have to admit it felt a bit like I'd somehow caused offence and now wasn't worth working with any further. Not sure I'd reach out again.

I registered with Office Angels because I had tried to find a new job and my search had been unsuccessful. They contacted me straight away and asked me to come and see them so go through some forms and just have a general chat and give me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have.
They also arranged an interview for me almost immediately and offered to go through interview preparation. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful with this role but they organised another interview with a different company and amazingly I was offered the job later on that day. The turnaround was incredible.
Within less than a couple of weeks, they had managed to achieve more with my job search than I had in 3 months.
Whenever I upload a timesheet they always confirm it has been received and then again when my line manager has approved it. Kim also emailed and rung me to find out how I was getting on which is something a lot of agency’s don’t do and I appreciated.
I’m extremely grateful as I’m very happy in my new role and I look forward to working with them again.

I would give them no stars if i could. I spent an afternoon going to the Brighton Office to sign to their agency, only to have to fill out a five page document that could have been submitted online. The consultant I saw said she would focus on finding me work (her words) and since then I haven't heard anything from them and that was four weeks ago. I would suggest working with another agency, that will give you a steady influx of work. Office angels clearly don't know what they are doing.

I had the BEST experience with Office Angels. I walked into their office on a whim and within an hour they had me signed up on their system. Cheryl asked all the right questions and less than a week later had identified a role that perfectly matched my criteria, she absolutely hit the nail on the head. Cheryl & Lucy were super communicative & helpful throughout the interview process and were always available to answer my questions & offer updates. On my first day at the placement, they had a Xmas card & mug delivered to the office for me despite the fact that I'd only just started - a lovely touch! I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for temporary work.

I’ve been with Office Angels for a year and a half, since I graduated university. I’ve gained so many skills and experience from the placements I’ve been on, tailored to my professional interests and experience. I’ve worked at University of Sussex three times on temporary contracts which has been my favourite place to work so far, and OA are a great support throughout the experience of interview and follow up once you’re in work. It is a shame that I have not had as good as an experience in Office Angels in Brighton, that I did in Guildford. Guildford team are fantastic and I stayed in the job role I was found for just under a year (temp role). unfortunately, I did not have the same experience in Brighton. Emma was rude and questioned why I had not called her after my interview (a job which I was heavily overqualified for but didn't get.) She explained that she would advice I should not tell employee's about my module 1 retake within my masters' degree. why? I then asked Kathryn for a different recruiter who expressed she did not understand the question I was asking her. Lucy is friendly and approachable, the others' I felt like they thought I owed them something.
