After being made redundant following 15 years of service with my previous employer, the prospect of finding my next role was daunting to say the least. Thankfully I found an amazing role within the first few weeks of my notice period and that is due in no small part to Outstaff Recruitment London, in particular Luke Glenet. Luke understood my skill set from the get-go and put me forward for a great opportunity. He maintained regular dialogue with me throughout the process, even ensuring that whilst I was on vacation the first interview was arranged and waiting for me upon my return. As a worker recruited through OutStaff I have to say how dissappointed I am with this agency! They DO NOT PAY THEIR STAFF on the day they state. I completed four weeks of work for them, I am still waiting 2 weeks on to get paid. SIX WEEKS WITH NO INCOME!!! Pay was promised today but what a surprise it hasn't arrived. I have rent to pay and children to feed, what a joke!

The "Brighton Recruitment Agency" doesn't actually exist. They have a postcode for it but I went there and it didn't exist. Rang them and they said that the Brighton store no longer exists and has to be online..? Useless.
