Excellent in every way, the service they provide, the welcome, the friendliness and efficiency, Care&compassion. The experiences I have had each visit or even via phone have left me feeling so much peace, listened too, thoroughly examined, nothing missed ,feel better before I've even taken medication just being heard&validated. Thankful for this practice, makes all the difference especially when life can throw so many challenges, this place is consistently excellent in the service they provide. I would move to Quorn just to be registered in this practice,if I wasnt already!

The doctors I have dealt with are friendly and helpful but the receptionists are always rude.

I cannot praise Quorn Medical Centre highly enough. From the wonderful ladies on reception who will move heaven and earth to accommodate your needs and are always helpful, kind and understanding to each of the fabulous nurses who are warm, caring and all incredibly friendly. I have seen a number of doctors in the practice, Dr Frost, Dr Harding, Dr Henderson all of which have been great however my main GP Dr Anwari is honestly the most supportive doctor I have ever had and has regularly given me additional time to discuss my concerns thoroughly. Even during the Covid crisis nothing has been too much for the team. They have strived to continue to make you feel like they are all there solely for you and their most recent recruit Dr Abdulmajid has very quickly become a trusted first choice as his compassion, patience and willingness to resolve any issue is second to none. Thank you for all the hard work you all do, the village is truly blessed to have each and everyone of you ????

This GP has been amazing for every experience I have had with them. I couldn’t fault a single staff member. They are so accommodating and dedicated to helping you and very understanding. I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident in my GP before. The receptionist, nurses and doctors are all brilliant.

As a new patient to the surgery I was very impressed with the service that Quorn medical centre provided. I rang the surgery and half an hour later got a call back from the doctor. Within another half hour I was collecting my prescription from the chemist. Also Boots were excellent too.

For well over 20 years my family and I have been patients at Quorn Medical Centre and now just my husband and myself. We have always been totally satisfied with the care we receive from every aspect of the Centre. We cannot fault it. From what we hear and read about other practices we are so lucky and wouldn't want to be anywhere else

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS THAT THE NHS APP REFER TO. WHEN NO OTHER IDENTIFICATION METHOD IS AVAILABLE. IMOGEN OF QUORN MEDICAL CENTRE WAS THE ONLY ONE I PHONED WHO HAD AN INKLING AND SEEMED FAMILIAR WITH THE TERMS. It would seem that one has to ask the surgery to provide the following three pieces of information: The names used are: 1) Linkage key 2) O.D.S.Code (Organisation code or Practice I.D.) 3) Account I.D. Most of us have only got two pieces of information already for logging into our doctor's surgery services online, so, we need to be given the O.D.S. of our surgery to be able to finish the last stage of applying for our NHS App. This may be linked to the surgery having to issue to us, all three pieces of information , the ODS code previously not needed, but also the other two previous access codes, for their online service, which may have to be renewed as different from the first two issued. I hope this information is correct! My husband of the same surgery as me, (NOT Quorn) has already used his passport as identification, and is safely logged into the NHS App. It does seem that identification information provided by the surgery is needed for me to also have availability of the NHS App.
