I was served by Mr. Steven on bike floor. Excellent service and had a detailed knowledge for each and every product regarding bikes and its accessories. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge, approachability and helpfulness were a complete package for any client. He has warm demeanour and patience. We would give him 10 stars out of 5 - as he was outstanding.

Came in as I was having trouble fitting a new inner tube for my xiaomi pro scooter (much more difficult than the standard m365). Jose was really helpful and managed to fit the new inner tube in, wish I knew they provided the service sooner as I would’ve saved a lot of time. Great service and big thank you to Jose!

Visited on two occasions in April 2021 to buy bikes for my children. Staff are very helpful and patient, observing all of the measures currently in place. Staff were informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend this branch of Halfords if you are looking for a new bike.

Jose and Josh have instrumental in a Top drawer consistent service.
They both have immense knowledge of products and with this they deliver Customer service that is friendly, informative and very efficient.
PLEASE count my review as TEN fold. On previous occasions there were no receipts as they were advising me on my purchase.
Good sale, perfect 10 out of 10 service deserves a Recognition that is One Step Beyond.

I just ordered my front and back number plates for my car yesterday evening and I went there this morning to provide necessary documents as a proof of ownership of the plate numbers and they said it’s ready and gave me both plates

The visit to Halfords in Ruislip to have my Air con pressure checked and was very useful as I learnt a little about why my air con wasn't working. I was told the pressure was good but there could be an issue and I would need to take it to a garage for further diagnostics.

Another visit last Saturday to pick up 2 new bikes. A rather longish queue outside the store - it was a super busy time. All managed well by courteous staff. I did feel worn out, after spending nearly 2 hours but it was worth it. Both me and my daughter love our new bikes. The highlight was James - friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly - adjusting the bikes, fitting accessories. Really grateful that he carried our bikes down the stairs too. Talk about going the extra mile!
Took my daughters bike for a health check today. To my surprise they were even able to service it, repair the tyres and fit some accessories. All done to highest of standards and with great positive attitude. It is just what I have come to expect from everyone at this store. And, on this occasion, Mikhil was especially helpful and provided an excellent friendly service. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough!

I ordered a bicycle for my nephews birthday to this store and it was supposed to be ready for collection a week after his birthday. When I spoke to Kelly on the phone she was able to quickly help and rearrange the collection date so that it was ready on the birthday, saved my life and made my nephew’s day.

I went for a simple repair,the guy tells me I needed a part which cost £40 and advised to buy a new bike instead.Obviously I couldn't afford and my neighbours offered to repair it ,took him 20mins ,no parts required and he didn't even charge me! Always have a second opinion,or third,unless you don't care about the money

I made some purchase from the there today and was about To get a 10% nhs discount. The staff in the billing told he done the discount and I have to pay the amount of about £63.20 . I paid the amount and he told I will get the receipt through the email. But I haven’t received any receipt after hours as I have to wait there for the fitting as well. I asked him again and he told it will take some time. I made another payment for some item for £3 and I got the email bill at the same time. I asked the staff about the previous bill and he told me that I got this bill quick as the amount is only £3. Later I have to argue with the staff and the manager sir the 10% discount which the staff didn’t done before and the manager done it fir me. The worst side is that I have to spend my 3 hours time for this £6 which is very unacceptable .

What a joke!!! Gave mine and my son's bike to these amateurs to fix few things and service...
Master technician called MARK didn't even sort my brakes out!!! I've got no back brakes or front as the hydraulic brakes needed servicing top up/flush fluid/ bleeding etc as it's not been done for over 4 years thinking I could trust HALFORDS but according to MARK it didn't need it???
Charged me over £100
For a new chain that I didn't need also I can go on on how many things he blatantly missed out due to his ignorance!!!

Had a headlight bulb changed at Halfords South Ruislip. The two gentlemen I dealt with were superb. The older gentleman on the till sourced the bulb immediately and the guy fitting was unfazed in a tricky situation with virtually no working space available. Both extremely professional. The work took minutes where I would have taken far longer and all for only £19. Thoroughly recommend the store for the services they offer.

Ankur(hope I got his name correct) in cycling section is an absolute super star. He was very professional, well mannered, friendly, well knowledged and understanding. I was after a kids bike which wasn't is stock anywhere in the UK according to Halfords site, telephone customer services and alperton branch( staffs in there wasn't keen on helping anyway). But ankur on the other hand went above and beyond, he contacted other near by branchs and able to help reserve the same bike in Uxbridge branch....

Just had one of our bikes serviced at this store and the service end to end was a fantastic experience! the bike was ready in the period advised and came back cleaned too and rides like new! the team is great and take the time to provide details of the service options and costs associated. Would highly recommend for anything bike related!

Very helpful and informative members of staff. Charlie was a great help, I went back 3 times within 2 hours but all was fine. He fitted me a new battery to my mini countryman, not the usual ease of fitting a new battery but he did a great job. Thankyou.
