Well stocked store, staff very helpful. If you want anything I would advise going into the store to look for it or ask the staff to find it for you. Reserved for item and awaiting for a text to let me know it ready two days later had to phone only to find it's been ready since the day I reserved it.. questioned why didnt get a response and couldn't give me a good answer why. Overall good store and polite staff but click and reserve is a waste of time.

When my bike rack was fitted, the person who did it was very knowledgable and competent, so I can recommend Halfords to other people. However (and I do realise that these are difficult times for everyone), the actual process of getting the work done at the shop, having booked it with the Halfords call centre was a bit chaotic - the shop really needs to get itself a bit better organised.

Car battery died over lockdown so need a new one. The info pads in the Ruislip braxhns were down so did a quick check on the mobile and found a Halfords brand with 4 year guarantee at a really good price. Fitting was simple except that i sheared a bolt in the battery compartment as I was untighting it!!! Now need to fix that.... Other than that it works perfectly and my suzuki swift is alive l!!

Amazing staff.
Needed a car battery and store was about to close. I called the store and said I would be there 3 minute after closing. I paid online while on route and when I arrived the staff had the battery waiting for me at the till. Life saves :)
